I am pretty particular about my coffee. I like espresso, cappuccino, or cold brew without sweeteners or flavors, so the coffee/ espresso has to actually be good. This place is great. After some shopping, we hit up 7 Brew for coffee. Like others, this is a drive through only and while they have a table or two outside, it's really only for take away here. When I lived In Arkansas I would go to 7 brew every morning on my way to work, the pricing is similar to Starbucks but you can't beat the customer service you receive here, it doesn't matter what time of the day it is they are always so kind and happy! I love the energy of this place... You can drive thru from either side, if someone is available they will walk up to your car while in line to place your order. Amazing coffee and great customer service. Really nice people. Went there 4 times in total for my 5 day trip to Arkansas.

Stopped through on our way back home to Oklahoma. We have been driving by these stands for 3 days and finally had to give it a shot. I got the Snickers and dad got the Blondie. Both were excellent, the Snickers is a little more bitter because of the mocha which I love!! Can't remember the gals name that took our order but she was so much fun and really chatted us up! I would drive all the way back to Rogers just to stop in again. Get the large iced Snickers because it's so good you'll be begging for more! read more

I have passed this place several times and didn't give it another thought. I stopped by one afternoon on my way to work because SB's had a YUGE line of vehicles, and I am not a fan of Scooter's at all. I am glad that I gave 7 Brew a chance. I didn't think that the drink was going to give me the pick-up that I needed; absent the burnt coffee taste that I get with my drinks from the leading national brand. The iced German Chocolate gave me a steady kick that kept me going through my shift. I have since had the iced SNICKERZ and the blended chai tea. I loved the German Chocolate and the SNICKERZ. I figured, why not? I am pleasantly surprised, as I'd not heard of them before today. I was surprised at the speed and friendliness of the staff right off the bat. Then I had my first sip. The coffee was strong, but not bitterly so, which was nice. I am definitely a fan, and the punch card is a nice touch as well to keep up with your visits there. I love 7 brewery and always get the blondie ice keto friendly (sugar free and heavy cream) but this location has the most unfriendly person working when we arrived. She had no smile and looked grumpy. She didn't even say please or thank you. I do give her props for telling us to have a good day after she acted the way she did. I've only visited this location twice in a 2 year gap. All other locations have been very friendly and makes my stops super positive with great vibes. You assume the Siloam Springs location would have bad service but wow they definitely beat Roger's walnut location by far. Please hire people who don't make me or others feel like they are a dumbass when asking for keto friendly blondie. read more

Great place to go for amazing coffee!! They are fast and oh so friendly! I tried the Chocolate Mac this go around and it was Devine. Chocolate and macadamia nut are such a great pair. Visited here on my sister's recommendation. We're from out of town and we're looking for a place to grab some coffee before headed home. We had a great experience! The person who took our order knew the menu and made some great recommendations. The young lady who served us our coffee asked us questions and was very friendly. As we left I told my wife that everyone was very nice and that it was a great customer service experience. About 2 weeks ago, I came to this location around 8:20 am and it was pretty busy. When I was able to turn into their parking lot, a young lady came to the car, took my order for a medium iced Triple 7, drove to the window and handed another young lady a $20 bill and my loyalty card. As she chatted with me, she handed me a straw, my loyalty card, my change and then my drink. I threw my change and card into the center console and gave her a tip. When I arrived home, I grabbed my change to put into my wallet and realized she'd only given me change for a $10 bill. I immediately went to their website and emailed them asking how I could get the money owed back to me since they don't give receipts. Haven't heard back from anyone. The most expensive cup of coffee I've ever had! Yes, I should have checked my change, but I usually use a debit card, and it was their busiest time. Maybe they should count back the change they give or acknowledge how much they're being given. It also would be nice to have someone respond to my email. Lesson learned when going to this location. read more
