This review is for Corey…read more My Avis rental broke down and left me stuck on the side of the road. Avis' roadside assistance quoted me 1.5 hours. the service got there in about 20 mins. They were not prepared to take me to the new rental location as I was told over the phone by Avis, but the driver let me ride along to the drop point and ended up giving me a lift the final 2miles to the airport. I attribute the mixup to Avis' end and appreciate Corey not leaving me stuck.

Sure enough, when the young driver called for directions he knew exactly where we were. Once he arrived, he had hubby's truck up and carted off to Norfolk lickety-split. Our charge was $200 for over 25 miles. I thought that was a steal!! I've been charged a 1/3rd of that just to be towed 5 miles within the city limits!
