I drove 3 and a half hours to get there and immediately I could tell my happiness truly was their priority and they care about their customers. The other two associates were also incredibly friendly and helpful when walking me through the actual buying process. They made sure I was all set before making my drive home by making sure I had a full sized spare tire, when I brought up my concern that there was no front license plate mount they instantly took action to make sure it was fixed for me, and a full tank of gas! I went home with an amazing car and an even better experience. Thank you so much!

The only negative thing that I have to say about the experience is that I had asked when we sat down for the loan what percentage the rates started at. We were told they started at 5.25%. My sister has good credit so I wasn't expecting her payment to fall in a much higher percentage bucket. We were good with the price of the vehicle, and the warranty that she added on. However, and this is a big however, until we were signing the documents, did we see for the first time that the loan she was being given was at over 14% APR. This is absolutely ridiculous and unheard of for somebody who has good credit. We wasted no time going over to Navy Federal and securing her a proper loan at a reasonable rate. The amount that Carmax was trying to charge her in interest was more than half of what the vehicle cost with the add-ons. Let that sink in. Do not sign blindly and make sure you understand what you would be paying in interest. I highly recommend getting pre-approved elsewhere for a loan first and not using their financing. You have three days to get a loan elsewhere and have it changed over, but I would suggest making sure you're eligible before you go car broke. We didn't see any of that until half way through signing the contract. Kind of crazy!

If they approve the reimbursement, it will take 3 to 4 weeks. It's been a cluster bomb. I hope to save someone a ton of trouble and Time.

Enterprise Car Sales, VA Beach Blvd Customer service after…read morethe purchase is very disheartening. I took the vehicle back for a few complaints within 3 weeks days of owning the vehicle. I was told by the manager to take the car to the manufacturer and I did as the car still has some of its warranties. However the major complaint ( which is a very bumpy, uncomfortable rode with continuous vibrations) the Manager JT drove tge car, experienced the horrible ride and said "its a sports car and it's suppose to ride this way." I purchased a 2025 Genesis GV80, a total luxury car that rides like a old school Wrangler one week after purchase. So Genesis found that the tires that are on the car from purchase has flat spots in them. I provided all of Genesis findings and this dealership refuses to put on the new recommended tires or new tires period. Also the oil had not been changed and I was lied to and said it was but the vehicle sent notification that a oil change was due. The same manager tried to reset the notification through use of a YouTube video but this car does not allow a reset unless the service has been performed. So I had to pay for a oil change in the 2nd week of ownership. When I asked for documentation of the oil change and the vehicle having new tires I was provided with a hand written paragraph via email. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!

It's even less typical of me to go back and change a review. I'm bumping up my rating, here. Got a call from them yesterday and the truck I'd had my eye on was available. From what I understand, the guy who was originally going to buy it couldn't be reached, and I was next on the list. Fair enough. I think the biggest reason I'm bumping it up is down to how genuine the sales guy was. Had some candid conversations with him after the sale and the other guy who was there last night. Not about sales; just life in general. I'm the kinda guy who loves stuff like that, so that mattered to me. Also, I'm told that I am pretty emotionally intelligent (probably depends on who you ask haha), but I didn't pick up on any awkwardness or anything after my original review (and I usually do pick up on those kinds of things). The sale itself went very smoothly, too, and I appreciate that! My 2nd experience with this Enterprise location was excellent. I'm happy with my purchase, feel that I got a good deal, and genuinely enjoyed talking to the salespeople, there! __________________________________________________________________ I don't want to make it sound like I'm attacking any specific employees. They were all pretty nice. I initiated contact with them on Saturday before they closed to set up a time to see a specific truck they had in stock. I asked for the day off to be able to have enough time to hopefully buy it that day. It turns out that my day off was wasted. I showed up, we talked, they looked at my trade and then finally told me the truck I had come in to hopefully buy had been sold to another guy who had come in after hours the same day I reached Enterprise. They told me it was because they saw him in person. It truly pains me to say this because I have been a happy customer with them in the past, but I will not be doing business with them in the future. Will it hurt their business to lose me? Of course not. I very much doubt this one review will matter to them at all. But it matters to me to be able to share my experience. It felt a little hurtful that they sold the truck out from under me. But it felt worse, knowing that I could have just worked today instead of burning PTO if they'd just told me at the outset that the truck wasn't available. They had from Saturday to Monday afternoon to check to ensure it was even available. Mistakes happen, and no one is perfect. But this particular situation was so upsetting to me. They did help me look for another similar truck, but I ended up walking out with a check in hand and with a day wasted.

Tim and Matt were fantastic to work with and both were very honest with us. We had what we thought was a great deal on a car we really liked. Unfortunately, the car had a small issue after we finalized the purchase. We were given our money back with a promise to contact us once it was fixed and honor the original terms. And I've bought numerous cars over the years. Buckle up, it's a somewhat long story, but I have to share it. I bought a used 2021 Toyota Corolla from these guys recently, and made my mistake of not test driving it first, and trusted their word, and trusted that a Toyota Corolla is a reliable car to purchase. When I received the car, I didn't even make it out of my neighborhood before noticing it grinding gears when downshifting into 2nd and it didn't want to stay in that gear. Coming from a previous car with endless issues, my heart sank. I called the dealership and the manager (John, I think?) dismissed everything I said and hung up on me. I called Moose again and he gave me the owner Tim's number. Tim was more responsive and understanding and they sent someone to come pickup the car, who also confirmed the issue. Since it was under their 3000mile warranty they decided to put another transmission in it. He claimed it was a new transmission. He offered to put a new clutch in it also, as long as I paid for the parts, which I agreed to at the time, but his "transmission guy said the clutch is fine," so they opted not to. Now, here I am less than 10k miles later, and the clutch has failed. The trusted mechanic I took the car to also told me that they installed a "junkyard transmission." I respectfully and politely called Tim to get some answers and see what they would do about it, and he still claims it's a new transmission, and that he would talk to his transmission guy again, but hasn't sent me any proof of that, and has now stopped answering phone calls and hasn't returned any calls. I do not have and would've never expected to put $3000 into repairs of a car that I just purchased. A 2021 Toyota Corolla with transmission AND clutch failure within 10k miles seems like something an experienced car dealership and "transmission guy" should've been able to catch before it got to my hands. I bought this car for the sole purpose of having a reliable vehicle for my family, and it's been a nightmare since day one. I was (and still am) only hoping they would do the right thing and handle this issue. Incredibly disappointed.

The Finance Manager, Anas, was very helpful and called us to answer a few questions we had about the warranty the day after we bought the van. There were a couple CONS: We were at the dealership for about 6.5 hours overall. This seems like a very long time for this process (only did a short test drive on one van). For me, every time I have come here has been an amazing, gracious experience. I was sold my car by the dapper C.J. Morris, who is a man that keeps things real. I don't know about that across the board, but my 2010 Hyundai Accent was a great deal. I have had two issue happen with my car since its purchase. The first was when my spare key came in from the Hyundai Mother Ship. We tried it out and it got stuck in the ignition!
