I absolutely do not recommend this office or specifically Dr Christensen. I took my 95 year old father to have something done about a broken, loose tooth that was causing a lot of pain. Dr Christensen wanted to send us to an oral surgeon and recommend dentures. He refused to pull the tooth or do anything to relieve the pain, he was very rude and condescending. My dad has Alzheimer's and did not know why we were leaving without getting anything done. We left and went to another dentist who pulled the tooth, they went above and beyond to help my dad. I had a great experience with the dentist and all of her staff! I was overdue to find a new dentist and lucked into picking this one randomly. It was a totally different experience than previous dentist offices -- they noticed I was cold and got me a blanket, and during treatment they put on a movie of my choice to distract me -- small things that just made the experience more tolerable! The dentist herself was thorough about my teeth and helpful in her explanations but she -- and her staff -- were so friendly and fun to talk to! They made me feel so welcome and honestly part of the crew for the brief time I was there. read more

Disappointed and Frustrated I've been a patient here for years, but I can no longer recommend this office. When I first got my partial, I was told I could add teeth to it later. Now they claim that's not possible and insist I buy a whole new one. It feels like they're more focused on profit than patient care. They even charge $3 just to run a debit card--nickel-and-diming patients at every turn. And once I got insurance, they suddenly started taking 18 X-rays per visit. When I paid cash, they never did that. It's hard not to feel like they're exploiting insurance coverage for profit. I trusted them, but now I feel misled. So extremely rude. Paid for & signed for my xrays to be sent to another dentist. She was hateful & said she'd send them 'when she had time ', knowing I had an appointment later that day & needed them prior to my appointment. I have filed a formal complaint with texas dental association. Will go to every social media source possible to get the word out how this "corporate dental clinic " is treating their unsuspecting patients. read more

I called to make an appointment as a new patient and was immediately misjudged without care or concern. Mariam, the receptionist, asked for my insurance and rudely assumed that it was Medicaid insurance. She stated, "we do not accept Medicaid insurance on weekend appointments only on Tuesdays and during the weekday." My insurance is NOT Medicaid it is private insurance via my employer, so I asked why did she assume so and she did not reply. Crickets - dead silent. Next, she became dismissive and defensive instead of apologizing because she was wrong! Your company lost a new customer and I will be sure to forward my experience along to others. read more

Well for starters.... This is called 7 day dental! I went on a Sunday when they say they are going to be open at 8:30 and I waited around until about 9:30 and hmmm, nope never opened. I walked in to the total care and someone there told me that they did not think they were open on Sunday's because people always come in and ask them this question.. literally that's ridiculous, change the name because YOU ARE NOT OPEN 7 days a week!! I would never even attempt to try and go to this place. Fort Worth emergency dental care USA helped me quickly and were so polite! They also answer the phone and communication is wonderful. I don't know where to begin to brag on these fine people. My 18-year-old son chipped his right front tooth, at work, in half!!!Saturday noonish. The nerve was literally hanging out of the tooth. And bleeding profusely. Not to mention we've got prom tonight at seven. My champions! These people close at 3 PM on Saturday. They did a root canal, and then built the tooth back up, so no on will notice, specially in their prom pictures. Above and beyond!They stayed past four! I recently relocated to Weatherford, but have not found a dentist. I will be driving into town To use their office. These guys have all my business. Three teenagers, and all of them need their wisdom teeth, braces...... And I'm not talking about just the dentist. I was a patient today at the Benbrook location. I came in to get an exam for a tooth that was broken and causing pain. I am not the kind of person to leave a bad review but I strongly want you to know about the horrible experience I had today. Not only did the woman taking my X-rays, retake the same several over and over again, I have to assume she is a dental hygienist, she never spoke to me and gave me very little instructions on what she was trying to accomplish. I watched her retake the same image over and over. Maybe if I had been given any instruction or actually talked to, I could have understood and helped in what she was trying to accomplish. The Dentist came in. Said something to the back of my head. Never discussed why I was there or give me a chance to ask any questions. He spouted off some numbers, breathed into my mouth so hard with his post-lunch breath that made me start to gag and had his face so close to mine that his face mask was against my lips. The only person to actually talk to me like a human being and not a future payment or insurance claim, was the very nice, pregnant staff member that was to go over my insurance coverage. I do not feel like my insurance should even cover this visit and will be contesting it. I don't feel like I received adequate x-rays or an an actual exam. I understand being a provider about being busy or short staffed or just the staff having a bad day, but the experience I had, can't be explained by just an off day. read more

I had an aching toothache and due to the type of insurance I had , I could not see a dentist until the following Tuesday. Well, I couldn't wait that long . 7 Day Dental got me in and even worked with me because I had to pay out of pocket to have the procedure done . Leslie, thank you for such great customer service. Thank you Doctor Brown for being such a kind person and making me feel so comfortable while you pulled that nasty old tooth out of my mouth. There was a young man there as well that assisted with the pics of my mouth . Such a nice young man and I didn't get his name . The entire staff was awesome I was numbed up real good and out with the issue taken care of . I will definitely refer you to family and friends . And this coming from someone who hates the dentist from a bad experience at another dental location . I have more work to be done and look forward to coming back. My husband had an on Sept. 8th, 2023 at 7 Day Dental in Benbrrok, Texas,to check out a tooth that was hurting. He saw Dr. Misty Brown and was told , he needed to take antibiotics and come back on 9/16/23 for 2 teeth to be pulled. my husband is a heart patient and took a list of medications with him. Dr. Brown prescibed antibiotics and ibuprofen 800 mg, after he told her that he could not take this mediacation! When we went back today on 9/16/23 fot teeth too be pulled, when checking out....I simply asked could they prescribe something different because he cannot take ibuprofen? Dr.Brown came out speaking abruptly too me! Stated she didn't like my accusation? i never made an accusation, just asked a question! continued raising her voice at me and my husband(When he couldn't talk)I told her i was not going to listen too her, we walked out. She proceeded to follow us out of the building, yelling at me but accused me of being rude, when in fact it was just the opposite! Their sign says they reserve the right to refuse service...Well We Refuse to go back, they could have killed him! Just saying! read more

The staff at 7 day dental were so amazing! I broke a tooth that had been filled by a different dentist over a weekend and they got me in that same day to do an evaluation. They checked insurance and got everything done that needed to be done to my teeth, my husband was working so I had my 5 month old daughter with me and they went as far as helping keep her entertained while they worked on my teeth. I cannot day enough good things about this place. They are such caring people! read more

They've called to cancel a tooth extraction three different times over the last 6 months. I find free time, make sure to be off work to reschedule, only to get called the day of to be canceled again. Not rescheduling this time, going somewhere else. I should have done that long ago. read more

I had an urgent need and no insurance. I've been squeezed by 'insurance' dentists in the past and was expecting to pay a lot for this unexpected visit. Instead, I was greeted online with a welcoming "We can get you in today" and when I arrived, it was clean, friendly, and professional. And this was the day before Thanksgiving! Everything from the initial contact online to the final much-less than expected bill on checkout was delightful. This place was clean (much cleaner than our work-based insurance offering), everything was explained clearly, the work was done perfectly, and as stated earlier, the bill was WAY cheaper than I expected. I needed emergency treatment on a Sunday. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dentist done a excellent job dealing with my anxiety. I can honestly say I had ZERO pain!! Very happy with my care.
