Before the massage even started, the receptionist aggressively pressured us to tip over 30% upfront before even getting the massage That alone felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. We are a female couple and had specifically requested female masseuses both on the phone beforehand and again when we arrived due to previous bad experiences with male masseuses being too rough or inappropriate. While my wife was in the restroom, I was already undressed and on the massage table when the blonde receptionist came into the room asking questions about why we didn't want male masseuses. When I explained that my wife and I preferred female masseuses, she repeatedly said "Oh, you like women?" while acting strange. She then suddenly grabbed my breast multiple times very aggressively without consent it was extremely hard and I immediately was in shock and got up as I was still alone in the room with her and she was very aggressive.  As I tried to get dressed and leave, she kept insisting I "just wear a towel" and not fully get dressed. When my wife returned, I told her we needed to leave immediately. The receptionist then followed us out toward the stairs confronting and harassing us while we were trying to leave. When confronted about what she did, she dismissed it saying it "didn't mean anything" because she has a husband. I felt completely violated and sexually in harassed.
