She kept referring to me as a man in dress. I asked politely for the managers name once, and she yelled for me to get out. I then left and came back with my peer counselors, and she yelled at both of us to get out. I asked if their were any other employees to speak with, and she pointed to the back, said yeah, and to have some fun. I explained to the person in the back, and they informed me to contact Gabe or Elliot and that the only way to get ahold of them is to keep calling every day until they randomly show up, and was told that the best thing to do is to call the number on the door because the managers and owners don't care. It's a shame, too, because living so close, I get to check in using the app and get awesome deals, and they have delicious hot food. I try never to go in there now as I just don't feel that it's safe and friendly, especially to a disabled trans female. I would not recommend this store at all and won't even share my referral code.

The location and atmosphere (of the seating area off the store) are cute and they have a message board for all the guests to leave little notes. The people who work there are extremely sweet and nice. One word of warning though...the bathroom hot water will possibly scald your hands off. Haha. Next time I'm in the area, I will make a point to drop by this place again!

first off it's 24*F outside and unfortunately I'm in need of using a wheelchair it seems. it's…read more12:05am and I just wanted to call and ask the cashier if he wouldn't mind helping me exchange propane bottles as they do so I hit the call button and was simply amazed as I watch this guy make a quick escape from within the cashier's area I even waited until there was zero customers. this is the second time here on Boone st. the first cashier claimed he ouldn't find the keys. I never need worry if the cashier by the name of Corrie happens to be on this shift he is always welcoming and helpful. It's people like the first two who drive customers elsewhere. guess I'll head over to the Simpson 7/11 as I did last time I was ignored and the employee that night was excellent .
