I just moved back to Aberdeen and have been applying for work around town at various convenience stores and every time I talk to anyone at this particular store, they make me feel like they've been my friend for years even though I have never actually "met" any of them personally. I tell my friends that this seems like the best place to work because it's obvious the employees love working here, which proves they have an awesome boss. I've worked at four 7-Eleven stores over the years and none of them had employees that seemed to be this friendly or care so much about making you laugh or smile instead of just taking your money and sending you on your way. Sure, it's "only a 7-Eleven" but it's actually more than just that. It's also a place you will feel good about shopping at and will most likely tell yourself you WILL be back!

The gas hoses also extend out so you can fill from the other side of the vehicle. Interestingly, they have a drive-through window for purchasing tobacco products. They did not have a public bathroom though.

It still cost over $110 just to fill up my tank here. The store itself was not so great. Didn't have much of a selection unless you want alcohol. I wanted a pure leaf tea and had to settle for Brisk, which was a mistake. They also strangely have a window on the side of the building for people to drive up and buy tobacco from. I don't know what thats all about . It's also very disappointing they do not have public bathrooms for their customers.

Had a flu shot appointment for 11:30 am. My wife was with me and since we were early for the…read moreappointment she decided to accompany me in the store. She had no appointment scheduled. Long story short she went to the front desk and completed her paperwork and received her shot before me. I did not get my shot until 12:35 pm. Everyone was in disbelief how dysfunctional their process is. The lady giving shots looked very unkept. One lady came out and told us that the immunization lady was throwing the paperwork in the trash that people had be completing prior to receiving their shot. It's obvious CVS has no dress codes or does not communicate with employees regarding any standards that they require. Talking to another couple that was waiting told us that on this date it was their third time back to try and receive their immunizations. If this CVS is the only place to receive a flu immunization I will take my chances next year on getting the flu. The manager of the Hoquiam, Washington store needs some serious management training or this particular store will be boarding up their windows with plywood and scheduling a appointment for an immunization with be a thing of the past which wouldn't be a bad thing. Stay Away!!!
