His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially over a product that was already broken. Customer service like this is unacceptable. This 7-Eleven is the source of constant grief for this neighborhood: Loitering, fighting, and loud…read moremusic in the middle of the night; endless trash on the street blowing onto our properties; people peeing and pooping outside the building; our house was broken into by homeless people who have been allowed to loiter and go to the bathroom outside the building; and now there was just a shooting in the parking lot in the middle of the day. The employees don't care, and clearly 7-Eleven corporate doesn't either. (This location is owned by 7-Eleven corporate.) It should definitely not be open 24/7. But if so, at the very least hire a security guard!
