I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I came in to buy my son an ice cream and a Jack taquito. While my son was choosing one, he picked up a jack that was already broken. The older gentleman working there immediately insisted that we had to buy it because he claimed my son had broken it. I explained that the taquito was already damaged when my son picked it up, but instead of listening, he became rude, raised his voice at me, and continued insisting that I had to pay for it. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially over a product that was already broken. Customer service like this is unacceptable. I love it here. Orlando is great with every customer, especially the rude obnoxious ones. I had an encounter with a young Indian man, he scanned my app, which my 7th cup of coffee was free, the free cup fell off and he took it upon himself to re scan the free cup & try to charge me for the FREE CUP of coffee. One of the nicer 7-11s I've been to. It's clean, has an amazing variety (despite being relatively small). They have cold brew coffee, several Slurpees, vegan yogurt smoothies, snacks, tons of coffee flavors, even lemon cookie flavored tea. There was ample parking. It's right off Broadway, now marked as Historic Route 40/Lincoln Highway- https://www.lincolnhighwayassoc.org/info/ca/ Get your kicks on Route 40? It was also called America's Main Street. I got the Cap'n Crunch Slurpee. After an incredibly salty lunch, the Slurpee was ice cold&delicious. The cashier was kind of a curmudgeon, albeit a friendly one. THEY OVERCHARGE ITEMS!!! Located next to a high school, this 7-Eleven location has it made. They consistently get high school kids dropping in and buying all sorts of things from taquitos to slurpies. I dropped in to purchase my favorite ice cream that only 7-Eleven makes, banana cream pie. When it was time to pay, the item rang up as $3.99 when it should be $2.79 (yes $1.20 MORE). Told the cashier that it's 2.79 not 3.99. He gave me this look like I was retarded or something and said "Are you sure it's for this kind **points to the 'Go!Yum' logo** ", yes I'm sure, "Well it says it's 3.99 here **gestures to the screen** ". So i decided to walk back and make sure I wasn't crazy. When I glanced around the ice cream area there was no specific sign that directly indicated the "banana cream pie" flavor, but the entire 7-Eleven ice cream collection is 2.79 (i've been to other 7-Eleven stores and I've seen it specifically marked with the flavor for 2.79 and etc...) and all the other ice cream above was 3.79-3.99... Well, I stood back in line and told the cashier that it's 2.79. After that, he took the item from me and walked to the back where the ice cream was, held it out and looked at where it is versus the prices on the bottom and above. He walked back and told me "it's under the 3.99 sign" (because your prices are above the item? besides the SIGN above this flavor is not what is clearly indicated **Note photo**). Clearly I'm very unhappy at this point and done trying to argue with him because his intentions are clear. I paid for the damn ice cream and left (I just had to be craving this ice cream! Damn you time of month!). Called cooperate, filed a compliant, and am in process to see what is going to be done. SUMMARY: -Dude refuses to admit the item is priced incorrectly and fix it -This is clearly not a 1st time thing with them, they will find a reason to justify the price is more because XYZ -Imagine how much money they've been making by unlawfully overcharging high school students, who most of the time never pay attention or care about these things -BAD, BAD, BAD business practice! -If you must shop here, make sure you're not getting over charged for little things. Wow! It has been a year since I went back here! I had no choice for I needed slurpees and pizza. Well anyways.. guess who is still here working? The little rude, no respect, Filipino guy once again! I thought he does not work there anymore because of his rudeness and carelessness, but he is still- well, working here!!! Got my 2 slurpees. I said can I also get, 2 cheese pizzas.. He took the single pizza container and bamm! He slammed the container to put my pizzas! And you know what irritated me more? He put those 2pizzas on top of each other in one single container for pizza!! What a lazy a$$hole!! Even gave me a damaged pizza! This guy needs to learn some respect! New store about a few years old, I like it very much. The staff is half Indians and half Hispanics. The Indian employees are amazingly very fluent in English, which is very convenient for some and for me; they're also fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi which I am very comfortable with. The store unlike other 7elevens have a public restroom too which sometimes help. They keep everything well organized and clean. I would keep coming here for the stuff they sell at a reasonable price. read more

Went in for a slurpee for me and my son instead of scanning the slurpees he punched in the numbers charged me for a small ok got a small for my son but then charged me for an xlarge when I got a large and I told him u charged me for an xlarge and I got a large , I couldn't even understand what he was saying but I didn't wana go in circles with him I should've just took the small and left the other slurpee but I jus paid for them and left ! This store is horrible .. I came in to see if I had won on some scratchers my mom bought me.. I never really bought scratchers so are not familiar with them, went in asked the guy to check them, he said it's a machine right there so I went over to screen to proceed to try and see if I won, the Asian man (he looked Asian ) started yelling I must did not know how to use the machine .. duhhh .. anyhow he said ok let me show you how to use it and scratched off a barcode and scanned it.. Well come to find out all of the tickets were winners so I handed them to him and said it's says they are all winners and said why is the machine saying draw, he was so mad and started scanning them himself when he scanned them one of them said 10 free ticket, i asked oh did I win a ticket too? Now he is practically screaming at me like I'm a kid and although I have never played with scratchers I'm 32, and this man is so rude he is yelling about what I won and walking around the store while doing it, sound crazy right! So I took my scratchers and while he was by the drinks still yelling I said you have an awful attitude and proceeded to leave he then let me know I couldn't return them anywhere cuz I scanned them their , long store short I won't ever come here and the reason they probably even get business is the location this place need -5 stars for the mans awful attitude ..
