7-Eleven
Justin R.

How you treat your customers is always important. When you got two small children that need to use the potty, and the first guy says go ahead, and the second guy says "no, you need to go somewhere else". You have no compassion for people need and basic human dignity. Would you prefer that my kids have an accident on the floor? We are paying customers, your customer service is trash.

Prices of the ice cream

THEY OVERCHARGE ITEMS!!! Located next to a high school, this 7-Eleven location has it made. They consistently get high school kids dropping in and buying all sorts of things from taquitos to slurpies. I dropped in to purchase my favorite ice cream that only 7-Eleven makes, banana cream pie. When it was time to pay, the item rang up as $3.99 when it should be $2.79 (yes $1.20 MORE). Told the cashier that it's 2.79 not 3.99. He gave me this look like I was retarded or something and said "Are you sure it's for this kind **points to the 'Go!Yum' logo** ", yes I'm sure, "Well it says it's 3.99 here **gestures to the screen** ". So i decided to walk back and make sure I wasn't crazy. When I glanced around the ice cream area there was no specific sign that directly indicated the "banana cream pie" flavor, but the entire 7-Eleven ice cream collection is 2.79 (i've been to other 7-Eleven stores and I've seen it specifically marked with the flavor for 2.79 and etc...) and all the other ice cream above was 3.79-3.99... Well, I stood back in line and told the cashier that it's 2.79. After that, he took the item from me and walked to the back where the ice cream was, held it out and looked at where it is versus the prices on the bottom and above. He walked back and told me "it's under the 3.99 sign" (because your prices are above the item? besides the SIGN above this flavor is not what is clearly indicated **Note photo**). Clearly I'm very unhappy at this point and done trying to argue with him because his intentions are clear. I paid for the damn ice cream and left (I just had to be craving this ice cream! Damn you time of month!). Called cooperate, filed a compliant, and am in process to see what is going to be done. SUMMARY: -Dude refuses to admit the item is priced incorrectly and fix it -This is clearly not a 1st time thing with them, they will find a reason to justify the price is more because XYZ -Imagine how much money they've been making by unlawfully overcharging high school students, who most of the time never pay attention or care about these things -BAD, BAD, BAD business practice! -If you must shop here, make sure you're not getting over charged for little things. Pay Attention!! -Left with a bad taste (but nothing the delicious ice cream wont subdue) and will NEVER shop, return, or recommend this location!

2 pizzas placed on top of each other and look at the top pizza??? Done by the rude Filipino Guy!! Lazy!

Wow! It has been a year since I went back here! I had no choice for I needed slurpees and pizza. Well anyways.. guess who is still here working? The little rude, no respect, Filipino guy once again! I thought he does not work there anymore because of his rudeness and carelessness, but he is still- well, working here!!! Got my 2 slurpees. I said can I also get, 2 cheese pizzas.. He took the single pizza container and bamm! He slammed the container to put my pizzas! And you know what irritated me more? He put those 2pizzas on top of each other in one single container for pizza!! What a lazy a$$hole!! Even gave me a damaged pizza! This guy needs to learn some respect! I don't want to ruin my day and line is getting long so I just rushed and left! I don't have time to go down to his low level mentality! Most of the customers here at yelp are complaining about this little asian rudey guy! How can he still be here? I am starting to think that he has some mental issues! Worst thing is- if he might just snap! Or a customer to snap right off his face!! I guess 7-eleven does not read reviews and don't care about! No receipt given still! This guy should not be working here! I guess the people saying good customer service here at this location have not yet encountered this weird Little Filipino guy! I hope they never will!

Happy Holidays

Always friendly, the folks here are always smiling . Store is always clean .I am glad that they are here and I wanna say thank you.

Best 7Eleven in this area and probably around too :)

New store about a few years old, I like it very much. The staff is half Indians and half Hispanics. The Indian employees are amazingly very fluent in English, which is very convenient for some and for me; they're also fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi which I am very comfortable with. The store unlike other 7elevens have a public restroom too which sometimes help. They keep everything well organized and clean. I would keep coming here for the stuff they sell at a reasonable price.

It's okay but when you pay they don't give your full change back. They don't always give the receipt because they keep the extra money

Dutch bros has just come to the area I live but the stores are no where near us. I had looked at the menu online so I would know what I wanted and good thing I did as the line was super long and I had to order from the person taking the orders well before I got to the menu board. I went with the OG Gummy Bear Myst which is sparkling pomegranate, passionfruit, grapefruit and watermelon. I didn't let the person taking my order know a size so I am not sure if it only comes in one size, or they just assumed that I wanted the largest but it set me back $6.50 (which I didn't even know until I got home and checked my credit card statement). The first sip was so sour all I got was grapefruit but after stirring it more it mellowed out some. I still didn't love it but it was nice to have something other than water to sip on for the drive south. I do appreciate that they have plenty of non caffeinated options as I don't drink caffeine. It was very hard to decide what to order which is a change from many other chains. I was hoping to come across another of these in my travels but sadly did not. The drive through is similar to Chick-Fil-A. There are 2 lines and one person walking car to car taking orders. You have to make sure that you keep the line order so you get the correct drink. I was told to follow a blue mazda suv and I was following a toyota rav4 or honda so I had to stop and let the mazda go before me. Overall I want to stop by and try more drinks so here's hoping one comes closer to where I live!

Since I come here every single day for a cold brew, I get to know all of them pretty well. I even met the owner one time when all of her employees called out sick and she had to run the coffee booth for the day. (What a nightmare, she had no idea what she was doing. My cold brew sucked and it's the easiest coffee in the world to make) So anyways, for the last three weeks or maybe more, I have been showing up, hoping that the owner of this damn place finally went and picked up some nitrogen For her cold brew machines, but nope. I don't know if she's just a lazy slob or what the deal is, but her employees can't go and get the nitrogen for her. That's the owner's job. If she can't handle doing it, she should hire an assistant manager of some kind to go and do these kinds of things because a business will never be successful Long-term unless they do what it takes to please their customers. I am far from pleased with the owner of this establishment. It's a joke, she's a joke. The simple fact that she can't drive to Concord or wherever the hell it is and pick up bottles of nitrogen for her company gives me secondhand embarrassment for the employees and I don't even work for her. It's actually quite embarrassing for the employees, One in particular told me that they're tired of saying that they don't have cold brew because they know that I come every day for one And they know how easy the fix is. Just go and pick up the damn nitrogen. I won't name names, I can see it on their faces every time I ask for a cold brew and they have to tell me "I'm sorry we don't have the nitrogen and we haven't for weeks" and they have been telling me that every single day for weeks on weeks on weeks. I would get pretty embarrassed, wouldn't you? When will this lazy owner go and do her job? How hard is it to drive and pick up tiny bottles of nitrogen? I've never heard of something so pathetic. I will start driving to the Napa location for my cold brew. At least the owner there knows what the fuck they're doing. I hope that the owner of the American Canyon store reads this, I'm sure she will. And the next time I go to get my cold brew there better be some damn nitrogen in those machines Or I will raise hell. I know the owner's name, I will bite my tongue this time, but not for very much longer. This shit is getting so damn old. @Owner you suck at your job. You seemed really nice when I met you that one time you had to work the booth, but nice isn't the same as ambitious. You are nice and lazy. The most messed up part is her employees have to pay the price. I'm sure there are customers out there who blame the employees instead of the owner even though the employees can't do anything about it. I can only imagine what they go through every single day when they have to say "no" to tired, grumpy, cold brew fans every single morning. One more time for safe measure, @Owner you suck at being an owner. Do your job or sell the business to someone who is willing to do it the right way.

The Restaurant is eclectic and charming and always full of the most diverse people, which is a reflection of Vallejo. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and also super diverse. It's a women owned business that pays a living wage, provides healthcare, and contributes to a retirement account for the employees. Who does that!? ( The answer is Nicole the Owner who is awesome). The food is consistently delicious. The standouts for me are the seasonal salads, the chicken tinga tostada, the chilaquiles, and, of course, the fried chicken and waffles. In the four years I have been there, there has been very little turn over in staff. The place feels like family.
