When I came back to fix it, as I was explaining, the employee ( Casandra ) walked away with an attitude and closed the window mid-conversation. Had to go inside and speak to a manager. Sooo for starters we waited 15 mins in line for this little breakfast wrap only for half of it to be burnt, which we waited half the time because was being made! We had originally went inside thinking it would be faster yea NOOO! There had 2 kiosk that you HAVE to order from, you can NOT speak with the workers, no one makes eye contact with you in there at all. That is dumb to have to order like that but whateva thats the new times I guess. Also $20.99 for a dozen donuts is CRAZY! When I visit Dunkin, there's only one thing I'm on the prowl for: a chocolate-filled doughnut. i became addicted to them as a young college student at the Univ. of Oregon in Eugene in the early 1980s. Back before Dunkin abandoned the Northwest. We were on the freeway driving from Sacramento to San Francisco and found this store was the only one along our route. It was a few miles out of our way, but it was worth it. We were able to order doughnuts and drinks using their mobile app and they had the order ready when we slid through the drive-thru. It was fast and convenient and easier than going in during the pandemic. The chocolate-filleds were everything I wanted. They also had a novelty ghost pepper doughnut for Halloween. It was a joke, as I expected it to be. No real discernible spice. Lest you burn out the mouths of people who think black pepper is spicy. No biggee. read more

We went through the drive thru and the person who was taking our orderwas rude from the very beginning. Not even a positive greeting like "welcome to Dunkin' Donuts, how can I help you?" I wanted half a dozen of the Classic Donut and didn't know which assortment was included since this is the first time going here. She was not helpful at all. Dunkin was my favorite go to when I lived in the East and I'm surprised that it was so hard and out of my way to find one in Northern CA! Had to see if this one was up to those standards and I have to say - almost. I didn't want to go inside the store due to COVID and because I was lazy to step outside of my car, so I downloaded the app to order for pick-up via drive-through. Their online website menu could really use some work since it's really hard to go through all their menu items and see how you can customize. Once downloaded, the app was really easy to use and highly recommended to know how you can customize your drinks and see all their menu options. Coffee: Coffee was pretty good, we should have stuck to the recommended 4 sugars since we ended up asking for more after customizing it to 2. We got the Hot Latte with Hazelnut and Blueberry Pumps (A risky but rewarding customization), and the Iced Latte with Vanilla Pumps (risky and artificial tasting customization). I love the variety of drinks they have, you can't go wrong ordering coffee from Dunkin. Donuts: This is where the "almost there" comes in. Some of the donuts could have been a bit fresher. They still tasted pretty good. We got a strawberry frosted, chocolate, chocolate frosted, and the classic must-have glazed donuts. As you can see, they were really shy frosting the chocolate one. This fall edition or pumpkin edition is horrible. The so called Apple cider donuts with sugar sprinkles is dry as desert cacti. You bite into it and then you taste box. I've had your basic Dunkin' coffee before, but was sorta clueless on their latest menu and the overall in-store experience. 4/20 (April 20th) was National Cold Brew Day with an app promo of a free medium cold brew beverage with any purchase. Sounded like a pretty solid deal (basically, a free nearly $5 beverage on the house). So, I downloaded the app, placed the order and hit the store. The cold brews typically aren't made caffeine-free, which is what I was seeking. But the nice young man behind the counter was accommodative and made my drink "unleaded" and sugar-free too! The chain seems to have fully embraced tech & early-stage automation, relying almost exclusively on app & in-store kiosks for order placement. Which is preferable to me. They do a lot more than just donuts & coffee these days, which likely explains the newish rebrand to just "Dunkin.'' This location also has a drive-thru pick up option. The double chocolate donut and frozen coffee. OMG you have to try both! I am not a fan of glazed donuts which is why the double chocolate donut looked so good on the Yelp photos- it's a different kind of chocolate that isn't glazed nor is the actual donut. It tasted soo good, soo chocolatey without the overly sweet flavor that I personally don't care for in a traditional chocolate glazed donut. The donut tasted like a cake donut without the heaviness or denseness that can come with a cake donut. This one mind you, was the last double chocolate donut of the night, so that impressed me even more! The texture was soft and moist, I was so surprised. The chocolate on top was also delicious, went well with the chocolate donut flavor without being an overwhelming amount of chocolate in one bite. This is a must try! I have also tried their donut holes which are BOMB- I get the strawberry filled (my favorite!), blueberry, and chocolate. All delicious. Their avocado toast is also yum! Onto the frozen coffee. I ordered it without any extra flavorings, they ask you if you want to add any flavor to it and I am glad I opted out as it was delicious on its own. Hubby and I don't come here often and when we do it is only for some specific donuts. We have gone inside and the drive thru and service has been quick and courteous. We only come for the crullers and powdered jelly donuts as they are the best here. The store is small and appears you can hang out there but the last time we were there all the chairs were on the tables to discourage anyone staying. It seems these Dunkin' doughnuts places are popping up everywhere. This one was actually the first our family had ever tried. It's pretty good. We've been there several times on the way to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. The doughnuts are pretty good and fresh, even in the afternoon, and what I like is that they have delicious alternate, regular, morning food that is good too, like sausage or bacon and cheese burritos, that aren't that expensive. I'm not a doughnut connoisseur, and can only compare them to the normal doughnuts I eat from safeway, and they are roughly equivalent, as far as I can tell. I certainly didn't have anything to complain about there, everything was fine, but for whatever reason I feel it's a 4 star place, not 5. It may have been close to 5 stars though. DD is one of those places I grew up knowing and enjoying, I wouldn't necessarily say it's the best coffee, but it's good. Customer service is very friendly here. The one guy cashier was super bubbly. My bf also enjoys their little hash browns because they are seasoned with some herbs that is really tasty. $1.50 for a medium coffee is a great price! And its next to Quickly's! Dunkin Donuts was one of my favorite places to snack at whenever I was in the Chicago area, so I was thrilled to learn that they were finally building one in California. After some time, I forgot that this Dunkin Donuts location existed, mainly because I was hardly in American Canyon (but also due to my busy schedule). However, I re-discovered this gem after one of my work out sessions. I was craving iced coffee after working out, so I drove to this Dunkin Donuts locations to satisfy my craving. I've been to this Dunkin Donuts locations several times since then, but each time I received great customer service. Nearly all of the staff I've interacted with were very friendly and tried to save me money by telling me about their deal on Munchkin donut holes (10 Munchkins for $2, if the promotion is still going on). I like to surprise some of my friends with treats from time to time, so that Munchkin deal works out perfectly. The food, donuts, and coffee are the same great Dunkin Donut quality that you can get at just about any Dunkin Donuts restaurant. I really enjoy their breakfast sandwiches when I'm running late and don't have time to cook my own breakfast at home. Who can resist Dunkin'? We have Krispy Kreme 10 min away from home and their products are super sweet. Last time I had Dunkin' was in Reno 1.5 years ago. We missed those glazed blueberry munchkins! Doughnut holes available in original glazed, chocolate, jelly filled, blueberry, and powdered sugar (sometimes custard filled). 10, 25, or 50 piece. I think 25 piece was $5.99 in a cute carry out box. Ordered an assorted dozen: plain sugar dusted, chocolate iced, choco iced with sprinkles, French crullers: glazed & choco iced, Boston creme, lemon filled, jelly filled, and cinnamon powdered cake. What sets Dunkin' apart is their inclusion of various breakfast items such as bagels, muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and wraps! They also sell t-shirts that say DD Bay Area for $20, K-Cups for coffee to enjoy at home, and other memorabilia. After a Labor Day weekend of swimming at the pool, we wanted to treat our family to an evening of donuts, coffee and hot chocolate. Yawshu, greeted us with a smile and helped us out. We got a chocolate donut with sprinkles, vanilla donut with sprinkles, munchkins (donuts holes), medium coffee, hot chocolate with whip cream and cold chocolate milk. The aesthetics were clean, very well taken care of and a very modern place to hang out. After a little bit, Yawshu came to make sure we were doing okay and chatted with us. Never have I ever had a young adult come and chat with families but he was very genuine, warm and welcoming. I hope next time we come, we see him again. Donuts tasted great! We've been drinking Dunkin Donuts since about 2009. But this is the first time that I actually got to go inside and sit down at a Dunkin Donuts. Yawshu provided us great service! America supposedly runs on Dunkin, but the locations are few and far between in my neck of the woods. I've heard the coffee's food. I'm a big donut fan. And the breakfast options look pretty tasty for the price, too. I've wanted to hit up a Dunkin Donuts for quite some time, but the time's never been right. Hard to make it happen when there's not one nearby. Luckily for me, I was traveling and needed to stop off at a gas station to fill up my tank, and a Dunkin Donuts just so happened to be on the way. When I drove by, I knew I needed to make the stop. First off, I was pretty stoked because I had previously gone to a mom and pop donut shop that morning and couldn't grab a donut because the place was cash only (womp womp). I knew this wouldn't be the case at Dunkin. I walked in and immediately noticed the wall of donuts. In particular, I noticed they still had HALLOWEEN DONUTS! It's my favorite holiday and I'm always looking for an excuse to be festive. So vanilla frosted with Halloween colored sprinkles? Hell to the yeah. I figured I should give their breakfast a shot, too. I'm pretty much always down for some type of egg and meat combo, so I went with one of their breakfast wraps and added bacon. It was on the smaller side, but was a nice, light option for a breakfast on the go. Definitely a lower calorie option in comparison to, say, a breakfast biscuit or bagel. The baseline option starts at 99 cents, too, so definitely worth the price. I wish I had worked up the appetite to grab some more, as I don't know when I'll be back at a Dunkin Donuts anytime soon, but I'd already eaten breakfast that day, so this was more of a "treat yoself" kinda snack.
