Something was entered for us in error for our insurance which is with Aetna (same company as CVS) and we are stuck in a months-long dilemma of trying to get the situation fixed so that our insurance will be honored and we are not stuck with a bill for hundreds of dollars. Longing for the days when this pharmacy was a solid neighborhood business with Bartels before RiteAid bought them out and then went bankrupt.

When you drive to the pharmacy you will be greeted by employees who call your medication out to everyone in line or any other bystander to eavesdrop on.....hope your neighbor isn't around to hear and hopefully you're not shy about the others knowing your business. I wonder if they would be okay with me calling out their medications to everyone around? Good thing I was just getting cold medicine. Once they get done telling everyone about the medications you use, they will kindly inform you that your medication is not ready and you need to wait approximately 45 mins to lord knows how long. Good thing it's in a Target. Hopefully, you needed some groceries or diapers or something.....you've got some time to kill. The people who work there are nice enough but it's as if the place is completely and utterly unmanaged and/or understaffed perpetually. Best of luck. I switched back to Rite Aid.

I am a white female in my 40s that entered the store a few steps ahead of my friend who is a black male also in his 40s. I came in with a couple empty big gulp cups that I was refiling and paying for. I was immediately fallowed back to the soda machine where the employee told me to "get a different kind" when I informed him the soda I was trying to get was not the soda coming out of the machine. My friend enters the store and the employee left me and went and stood next to my friend. My friend was maybe 5 feet in the door and stopped to look at the hats and gloves they had by the door as it was cold and pouring rain at the time. He picks up a pair of gloves and went to try them on and the employee literally went to snatch them out of his hands. My friend stopped and said "no I won't try these on cuz I don't need to be accused of trying to steal anything!" He then informed the employee that he had money and has every intention to pay for the items he wants. As he says this another young lady (unknown to us) walks in the store doir andslips and falls cuz the floor is very wet (mind you my friend and the employee are maybe 5 ft from the door). The employee saw this and said nothing to her didn't go see if she was okay his sole and only focus was my friend that has already told him he will be paying for anything he wants. At this point both my friend and I are feeling some type of way and decide to pay for our big gulp refills and left. We took our money down the street to a different store that's not 7 eleven and gladly spent our money there. Both of us were utterly disgusted by this employee and the way he conducted himself and will not ever be returning to this store!!
