So short staffed. They never have auto fill scripts done when you come in, even tho the automated phone systems calls you 2x a day for a week, so you have to wait 20 mins. Scheduled to have COVID and flu shots here. Person behind the counter could not enter insurance successfully while we waited for 45 minutes along with other unhappy customers who also complained about the pharmacy's non-responsiveness and ineptitude. Something was entered for us in error for our insurance which is with Aetna (same company as CVS) and we are stuck in a months-long dilemma of trying to get the situation fixed so that our insurance will be honored and we are not stuck with a bill for hundreds of dollars. Longing for the days when this pharmacy was a solid neighborhood business with Bartels before RiteAid bought them out and then went bankrupt. read more

This pharmacy can only be described as purgatory on earth. You cannot call this pharmacy, they do not answer the phone, as they are busy with present customers - ALWAYS. When you drive to the pharmacy you will be greeted by employees who call your medication out to everyone in line or any other bystander to eavesdrop on.....hope your neighbor isn't around to hear and hopefully you're not shy about the others knowing your business. I wonder if they would be okay with me calling out their medications to everyone around? Good thing I was just getting cold medicine. Once they get done telling everyone about the medications you use, they will kindly inform you that your medication is not ready and you need to wait approximately 45 mins to lord knows how long. Good thing it's in a Target. Hopefully, you needed some groceries or diapers or something.....you've got some time to kill. The people who work there are nice enough but it's as if the place is completely and utterly unmanaged and/or understaffed perpetually. Best of luck. I switched back to Rite Aid. read more

I picked up a new prescription at the CVS at Twin Lakes in Marysville which is my favorite because the male pharmacist Brandon that use to be there was always kind and helpful. This new one is a female and she didnt wlcone me like family like Brandon does. She just said she only had 1& im die for 2 vaccines i said no thank you. She just talked over me said i can make an appt online or phone i again said no thank you im not getting them. She just gave me my new med and said its $40 then goodbye. She never asked if i had any questions or told me what to whatch out for or what not to take it with. It wasnt until i took it for 2 days that i noticed my heart waa becoming rapid, i was having shortness of breath, dizziness, dry eyes blurry vision, very sleepy so (I cut it in half after 1st day). I read the pamphlet a 2nd day and noticed to tell your pharmacist if you take st john warts, water pills, sleep aid, pain meds, have family history of irregular heart rythem heartattack, have had low pottasium among allot of other things I didnt have so i called the pharmacist and if your not a dr you can talk to them on the phone she said then she hung up on me when i was teying to tell her i had questions with a new drug. She said to call the voicemail and hung up on me. I dont know if shes new but if she is im not coming back. Shes a lawsuit waiting by not helping the customers with new medications precautions and hanging up when they call to say they have questions regarding new medication they just picked up read more

I called CVS Pharmacy inside the Smokey Point Wa Target store to check on a prescription refill. I had ordered the refill on Monday and was told it should be done and I'd get a text saying it's ready Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Thursday. The automated system they use said it's processing, so I transferred myself to speak with a human. When I told her I'd like to check on my refill, that it says it's processing and can you please tell me when it will be ready her response was, "You can do that online you know." If I wanted to go about it online I'd have done that. She continued on running her sentences together saying what's your name and date of birth. I told her, then she put me on hold. I'm still on hold and it's been 15 minutes. This is the worst customer service I've ever received at a pharmacy, and the first time I've had to deal with a passive aggressive cashier/assistant at a pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly suggest not using this pharmacy. If you have CVS coverage you'd get your prescription a lot faster through the mail, even if it were coming on a paddle boat from Europe. 18 minutes now and I'm still on hold. 22 minutes on hold now. Absolutely horrible customer service. Possibly this pharmacy cashier needs a job working the night shift at a truck stop. Her level of customer service would likely fit better there. read more

The current Pharmacist "T" is horrible. She is rude and has yelled at me on different occasions. Prescription drugs are sometimes not available when routine refills are due. Her communication skills are lacking. She was too busy to answer my question a couple of weeks ago because she had "300 other customers." Well, that number is 298 now, as I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
