I am a white female in my 40s that entered the store a few steps ahead of my friend who is a black male also in his 40s. I came in with a couple empty big gulp cups that I was refiling and paying for. I was immediately fallowed back to the soda machine where the employee told me to "get a different kind" when I informed him the soda I was trying to get was not the soda coming out of the machine. My friend enters the store and the employee left me and went and stood next to my friend. My friend was maybe 5 feet in the door and stopped to look at the hats and gloves they had by the door as it was cold and pouring rain at the time. He picks up a pair of gloves and went to try them on and the employee literally went to snatch them out of his hands. My friend stopped and said "no I won't try these on cuz I don't need to be accused of trying to steal anything!" He then informed the employee that he had money and has every intention to pay for the items he wants. As he says this another young lady (unknown to us) walks in the store doir andslips and falls cuz the floor is very wet (mind you my friend and the employee are maybe 5 ft from the door). The employee saw this and said nothing to her didn't go see if she was okay his sole and only focus was my friend that has already told him he will be paying for anything he wants. At this point both my friend and I are feeling some type of way and decide to pay for our big gulp refills and left. We took our money down the street to a different store that's not 7 eleven and gladly spent our money there. Both of us were utterly disgusted by this employee and the way he conducted himself and will not ever be returning to this store!! read more

This is the worst franchise I have ever seen. My 70 yr old friend went to purchase a newspaper and was informed by the clerk/owner? That because he put the monies on the counter and not his hand, he was being disrespectful. When my friend responded, he was told, "I know how you dirty Indians are. This is not the Rez." My friend was taken aback,reiterated he was trying to make his purchase. The clerk then repeated his demand and told him to get the fuck off his property and threatened to call police. When asked by another about the incident, he acknowledged the conversation verbatim to her and threatened the same police action and flipped her off as she exited the store. Obviously, it is a racial and prejudiced store. I encourage all who have any moral consciousness to avoid. read more

They have a 6pk of budwiser cans on the shelf at $9.49 and want to charge us $9.99 because that is what it scans for. The tender told me that the price fluctuates with price. I think they are just being lazy because they don't want to make a label. That's just ripping off the customer. I hope you all close if that is the kind of service your going to provide. read more

Free slurpee day....their poor parking lot was a shi-show. Tough location to handle that many cars. The nice thing was they had a line system set up, a guy that already had all the cups with lids assembled, so it was nice and smooth running. Idk why...but at this location people were going thru line and then going back thru. So they had multiple slurpees and were taking FOREVER to choose their flavors...which isn't the stores fault...but I felt bad for them having to deal with people. Their poor floors were just black from people traffic. But employees were still smiling....that's amazing! read more

When I began to frequent this 7-11, it was great. In the last month the customer service has taken a dive. The restroom is now closed and when I inquired about it, the woman felt she needed to argue with me for some reason. the mocha machine, that is the highlight for me, is constantly out. I hope this place comes back to par. Customers are key to business. read more

This place used 2 be good like 2 owners ago. Ive been trying to go in for the last weel just to get a cold drink from the drink case and over half of the cases are just empty. 5 days in a row its all looked exactly the same. I WAS a regular until this. Today on day 5 of trying to get just 1 cold drink there was no cashier for a solid 5 minutes, the only other worker was just working on wine. Its a little ridiculous that you charge so much, for a sub par experience. Id suggest going to the 711 down the street by safeway read more

Well nothing special to write about 711 store. If you've seen one 7-Eleven store he pretty much seen them all. Gone are the days when you could go to 7-Eleven looking for a pack of baseball cards with your allowance money grabbing a candy bar and a Coke, play a game of donkey Kong or whatever videogame was in. Still a great place to go to though on a hot day when your kids are bugging you for a Slurpee :-) read more

Went to 7-eleven to get milk and redeem a coupon for a MARK-TEN XL e-vape device and cartridge pack. Because of the ignorance of the clerk, who did not know how to redeem it wouldn't honor the entire coupon, only half. When I tried to explain how to redeem it she got pissed and refused to even listen how to effectively put the amount into the register. So only got one pk cartridges instead of both. Because someone doesn't know how to do their job, they feel it's necessary to rip off the customer. Hats off to 7-eleven for just being a total bunch of ASS-BAGS! The employee barely spoke English and was so rude to me he started yelling at me I won't sell you anything get out of my store because he couldn't understand how to enter in the lottery numbers. The worst! Charged my debit card for item and then told me my card was declined. Also charged me an additional $13. When we went back to talk to them they said it was not them but their debit/credit system. Excuse me!! But isn't that them! Get a new system. Now we have to wait 24-72 hours for our money to be released. Never again! 7-11 has deteriorated. It used to be the go to quick shopping place with good coffee. Avoid all 7-11s at this time!! read more
