I proceed with my nature call and after my bowel movement I reach only to discover there is no toilet paper in the dispenser, not a square. The toilet still had blue cleaning liquid in the bowl so I know someone had recently serviced the Men's room. No paper towels or anything at all to clean myself. I had to use the "Texas Three Finger Chili Scoop" to clean my hind side. I was in shock, mortified, embarrassed, humiliated, belittled and discussted afterwards. After washing my hands for an hour I engaged the Manager. I calmly, which is not in my nature, explained the matter to the manager. She immediately says " maybe a customer used it all." B.S. She lied to me because the toilet was still blue, meaning not used since being cleaned. I demanded a phone number to the Owner or Management Group, she complied. Moments later she came from behind the plexiglass screen and apologized for what happened. She then whispers to me "Like everywhere, we are short staffed and the people that we have don't care about performing quality work." Great but, not my problem! I then immediately called the number. Please be mindful and safe when on the road looking for bathrooms. On 5/24/26 around 4:40 p.m., we stopped at this location to use the bathroom and grab snacks. The first thing we noticed was that all outside trash cans around the building were over filling to the point were we couldn't throw our trash away. After this we went inside to use the bathroom. Due to the toilet paper rolls being on the outside of the container I grabbed it with my hand and only noticed the blood after I touched the roll. Unfortunately that is when i noticed blood on both sides of the roll that i was already touching. Knowing that the blood was there from drug/needle use. I left the stall i immediately started to wash my hands where there was hair all in the sinks. I was then told by another customer that there was blood drops all over the floor and toilet in the other stall. At this point I left the bathroom and notified the worker at the front. She was on her phone so it took me a few times of trying to get her attention before she seen i was there. This was a very trigger experience for me as I suffer from PTSD with drug abuse and needles but I fully believe this situation would be alarming for anyone with PTSD or not but it's completely unfair to put customers as risk because of the lack of cleanliness (which is obviously a pattern here) and attitude to customer care.

They tell you to call ahead if you need the actual amount you were prescribed, too, but even if you do that, they still won't have it the next day. Every single month I have to spend an hour sitting in this dump waiting for them to fix the same mistake so I don't have to come back here every 12 days to get extremely small partial refills of NON-CONTROLLED substances. Most people only get one or two days off a week. You cannot expect them to waste a massive portion of their extremely limited time off waiting for you to correct your mistakes like this.
