I hope this is the only 7-11 store with such poor service. Unfortunately, it is located in our neighborhood. I have been to many other 7-11 stores, and some of them have made my day with friendly service from nice employees. However, this 7-11 always ruins my day. I don't know why the employees here always look like they hate when customers enter the store, and they act as if we did something wrong to them. In reality, they are the ones not doing their job properly. I have been overcharged twice because they ignored promotions, even when I showed them the barcode. I didn't go back to ask for a refund because the amount was small, and it wasn't worth the drive. I told myself I would give them more chances because I thought they couldn't always be like that. What finally made me leave this review is their service. They didn't replace the empty and dirty sauce bottles at the hotdog bar, even though the employee noticed and gave me sauce packets instead. I'm okay with sauce packets, but why are they keeping dirty items in a food section and ignoring them? Recently, I went to the store to make an iced latte with the machine. During the process, the machine displayed a notice that it was out of low-fat milk and needed a refill. I informed an employee who was right next to me. He just told me it didn't work and ignored it. A couple of days later, I went to the store again to make an iced latte, only to find both iced brew machines turned off. I'm not sure if they are broken or if the employees are just tired of refilling the milk. This place dont know how to communicate. The register it's either acting dumb or born without common sense. Worst 7/11 i ever been. Also the manager should know that you cant put the water outside and let it hit by the sun. Last summer i went here and told them dont put the water out during summer because the sun was hitting the water. Overall i have trust issue with this location. Its the employees that makes it bad. Alright. I've been coming here for over a year and spend a decent amount of cash every day. Idk where the usual night guy is but this guy over charged me last night and took a good while to pay me back. He was acting like it was a system error lol. I smell B.S. As a cashier myself, you ain't gone fool me bro. Mistakes happen so I let it slide. I go in tonight for my snack run. Few Arizona's and taquitos etc. I always bring around the right amount of money. When he rang me up I was $3 short. I asked to save a few dollars with my accumulated points and that brought be down from $21 to $18 ish. He saw me looking confused and said " oh yeah oh yeah I ring this twice" and finally deleted an extra drink which brought me exactly to how much I anticipated it would cost. I'm not trying to be rude or nasty. I appreciate 7/11 being here 24:7 but getting over charged 2 consecutive days is ridiculous. & dude had the nerve to argue and get aggressive with me. This 7-Eleven is shady! Stay away from it. The cashiers are trained to over charge. They remove your points. The products are all over priced compared to other 7-elevens in the area. Hot food is always old and expired. Which is why no one buys it. There is no rotation. They put it out at 6am and its there for 24 hours on the hot plate. I placed a delivery order. I ordered a dulce de leche haagen dasz icecream. The guy sent me a "chocolate haagen dasz". I hate chocolate ice cream. I took my car and drove to the 7-eleven and the guy in the store told me that no one was buying the chocolate so he sent me that instead. I told him thats not how it works. Oh boy, how do I start. The place is dirty, I mean it's a 7-eleven and I don't have a high standard for them. But the slushee machine was working so there's that I guess. Let's talk about the cashier. The same exact cashier that someone wrote a review about a year ago. Young-Middle Age looking Indian man who was beyond rude. Rang a young man up in front of me in line and tried to charge him for a soda, Gatorade AND ice because he poured his Gatorade in a cup of ice. The young man tried to explain and the cashier was adamant that he bought both a soda with ice and a Gatorade. Eventually the young man was tired and was going to pay but I think the cashier saw people staring and said "Oh it's Gatorade in a cup". I'm up next and he rings up my slushee. I told him to add 2 plain slices and I'll get it when we are done, right next to the cashier. He leaves and started ringing up someone else on the other register. At this point I've seen how rude he is so I tried to remain calm, I wont even detail how he handled the other customer he rang up. I'll just say, they left and didn't buy anything. I get the pizza, and he rings me up when he's done, and I ask for the receipt. He slams the receipt down on the wet counter in front of me. Yeah, I know it's a 7 Eleven, it doesn't need a review. Oh but this one does. Reasons: 1. It wasn't even on the Yelp map so I added it. (you're welcome thirsty travelers) 2. The coffee here is always fresh .......Always Get the Brazilian Bold. 3. It's never really packed 4. It's always clean. 5. The foods are always fresh and changed daily. Wide selection of candy, snacks, chips, soda, beer, water..and you have a choice of 8 flavors of Slurpees. They have nice sales on bottled drinks pretty much every week. Like $3 for 2 large Gatorades..cuz that attracts the younger kids and athletes from the local high schools. Be wary of this place. Today they charged me $3 for a coffee, despite their "$1 for any sized cup with rewards" offer. They charged me for a different item with a higher price. When i asked them about this, they told me they couldnt honor the offer because of a network issue. But they left the item on, and you can see if they rang up a different item to make you pay more lol. You can see what they charge you for on the screen at the register. This is a great 7-11. Friendly staff, plenty of parking and the family which owns it is extremely kind and considerate. At times, such as during the morning hours, it can be quite busy. Kids from a nearby school flood it during the afternoon. I only dislike it when I go there on the weekends at night and kids use it for a handout, taking up a large percentage of parking space. At least the panhandlers are now gone, which was aggravating at times. read more

I have no words...I came for a slurpee...some worker was watching me take a slurpee...my cup fell on the floor so I threw it out. I used a new cup and when I asked for a napkin the worker had no desire to assist me. I turned around and saw him go through the trash can and wash my old cup that had some slurpee in it and fell on the floor and he put it back inside the cup dispenser! I have to say the new 7-11 staff are one of the most unfriendly and repulsive people I have ever met. First, as soon as I walk inside I get stared down by two staff members as if I am some intruder robbing there store. I pay no mind to the nasty attitude, grab a beverage and walk back to the counter with a greeting saying "Hello, how are you doing". In response, the man I greeted just gives me a blank stare not saying a word. Then he charges me for the beverage and after he lets me use the bathroom in respect to my request. As I leave I say take care and both of the staff members that stared at me earlier (male and female) say nothing in response and stares at my pockets and my bag to see if I have stolen anything. Never in my life have a felt so unwanted. If you do not mind poor customer service and distressing tension then by all means go to this convenient store, otherwise do not support a store that treats the customers poorly.
