Came here at night to get a dozen of donuts to bring to a friends house, there was still plenty of options! Staff was attentive and nice. We were able to order immediately. Location, Location, Location, so they say. I am not that fond of this location, but it is busy since it is off busy Jericho Turnpike. The parking is limited, and one must track with GPS where it is located when seeking Dunkin Donuts in that area. The staff is wonderful, and the wait for coffee is short if you order while waiting inside. I wander into Dunkin mostly for their Latte's rather than the other competing cafe. I came here very often and today I use my points in the app to redeem a sausage egg cheese croissant and there was this lady felt that something suspicious going on when she saw my redeem code showing a little reluctant to scan, that's so funny and later I told her no cheese on the croissant and guess what she did? She put no cheese and no sausage literally egg croissant! And when her colleague questioned about it she blamed me that I told her do so. Wow, marvelous and ridiculous. First, I told her no cheese and I did not say no sausage. I mean it's quite understandable that some people might not like to eat cheese but it will be a little odd if a non-vegan person order that croissant for no sausage. This is pretty obvious assuming that whoever order this could pretty likely be non-vegan and whoever orders that would assume it has sausage in it even it is not specified during order. I have to give mild props to this Dunkin' for always being there at the corner of Herricks Road and Jericho Turnpike. I probably first started to regularly drink coffee at this location. It's walls are filled with plenty of fun stories, friendships that grew, and one relationship ended. The 24 hour appeal of this spot has made a lot of that possible. So has the size as it gives way to more tables (as well as a counter space with chairs) than many Dunkin' Donuts I've entered. It's a great location too, sitting in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Mineola, and one I would probably frequent more if a slightly closer DD had not opened (111 check-ins and counting). Time is a factor in the morning otherwise I'd be here. There is often a line that builds, but I've noticed the staff keeps things moving, because as we know "America Runs on Dunkin." This past Sunday was my first trip here in quite some time and it delivered in all things previously stated (minus a semi-small donut). So, overall, if you need some quality Dunkin' service or just want to stop in and chill while you munch on your brunch and chat it up with some chums, this is a quality DD spot to make that happen. read more

This is one of the cleanest Dunkin Donuts around. The employees are friendly and due to a bathroom emergency, I found out today that they have bathrooms which are clean as clean can be. What a pleasant surprise to walk into a public bathroom and find it spotless. Not one speck of runaway paper on the ground. No tinkle sprinkles on the seat....it was by all accounts pristine but not overly Clorox smelling. Now to the coffee...not bitter, tasty fresh and this location is one of the few DD's around that has the elusive sour cream donut. Yes, as I sit here writing this my mouth is watering. I have written about this location before and I still love it. I am ramping the stars up to 5 because the clean bathroom has put this place on the path of greatness. They are following COVID safety measure by offering curbside pick up, enter one way and exit the other along with changing gloves for every customer. This is easily my favorite DD location in the area. They have variety in terms of donuts compared to other locations nearby who don't have cream filled. The iced coffee is pretty regularly freshened. Despite the flow of traffic here, the staff in the morning is pretty full as well and they move quickly. Everyone is friendly and regulars barely have to request what they want before someone behind the counter has already made it for you. This Dunkin shares a parking lot with Spanky's and the lot isn't exactly ideal but it is sizable. Sadly you frequently have traffic from Jericho Turnpike who decide to cut thru this lot to jump the red light and that can cause frequent problems. This location has two restrooms which they clean up pretty regularly. During quarantine they even have the tables arranged to avoid unnecessary contact. Straws are handed to you from behind the counter which decreases other people handling your items. They also have Sani-cloths available right on the counter to wipe stuff down. Props to the staff here who are hard working and cheerful. It makes a difference. read more

I come to the DD location frequently now that I have been making trips to LIJ a few times a week again as I find they are the most competent in the area, especially considering they understand the English language. They always have dark roast iced coffee and are usually pretty stocked in terms of donuts and things. Normally I will not go out of my way to review regular, run of the mill franchises, but this location is the crown jewel of all Dunkin Donuts. It was recently renovated last summer and it shows, the seating area is ample and there is a flat screen TV that shows the news. I am also fairly certain that they have free wifi, too. The selection of donuts is unmatched and they make them on premises. I found out that not all DD make their donuts on site, and this one actually supplies the other franchises in the area. I've never had a bad donut here and they have apple fritters which seem to be hard to find at other Dunkin's. The Bavarian cream munchkins are also really good. They also have the dark roast iced coffee which I am quite fond of. I actually used to hate Dunkin Donuts until I found this one, it's the only one I visit as others seem to be inferior. read more

This is one of the better Dunkin Donuts I have been too. I love that it is so big inside, although the parking lot is on the smaller side. The lot is shared with the pizzeria next door, so it's usually packed. The only complaint I have is the fact that they rush you when ordering. I loved that there was a group of middle-aged people, who looked like they've known each other for many years, from all walks of life, converged on a few tables having great conversation. They looked liked this was a weekly event, to meet at Dunkin Donuts and discuss current events over coffee. This is they type of healthy socializing I love. But getting back to my review of this Dunkin Donuts. This was by far, the cleanest Dunkin Donuts I had ever visited. The staff are very unsanitary. The lady working the register used the same gloves she touched money with to handle our donuts. Another worker was seen behind the beverage station making drinks with no gloves. The manager didn't seem to care about it when we expressed our concerns. This is a mecca in the Nassau County community. With a weirdly unyielding bunch of regulars (there are like 3 or 4 guys who go there every single day), this place maintains a great energy and surpasses any Dunkin' I've ever gone to in my travels throughout the Tri-State area. They have a friendly staff, fresh food, clean bathrooms, and short waiting time. There's also a TV there. Sometimes the crowds there can get a bit annoying -- Herricks High School students and such. The parking lot is mediocre considering there are multiple stores sharing. The employees here are very nice and considerate.
