This Dunkin location is the best. I drive out of my way to come here. Unlike many other locations, the donuts here are FRESH! Many other locations have hard, day old donuts brought into the location but this store has theirs fresh throughout the day and the difference is very noticeable. I have a particular coffee order and they always get it right! They are friendly and efficient. There's never a long line and the employees are always friendly to my kids. When they ask for donuts they always add, from the good Dunkin and this is it- the good Dunkin! They have added cute little outdoor tables which are an added bonus!

Large Dunkin' compared to some "side-of-the-building" ones.

I have to give mild props to this Dunkin' for always being there at the corner of Herricks Road and Jericho Turnpike. I probably first started to regularly drink coffee at this location. It's walls are filled with plenty of fun stories, friendships that grew, and one relationship ended. The 24 hour appeal of this spot has made a lot of that possible. So has the size as it gives way to more tables (as well as a counter space with chairs) than many Dunkin' Donuts I've entered. It's a great location too, sitting in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Mineola, and one I would probably frequent more if a slightly closer DD had not opened (111 check-ins and counting). Time is a factor in the morning otherwise I'd be here. There is often a line that builds, but I've noticed the staff keeps things moving, because as we know "America Runs on Dunkin." This past Sunday was my first trip here in quite some time and it delivered in all things previously stated (minus a semi-small donut). So, overall, if you need some quality Dunkin' service or just want to stop in and chill while you munch on your brunch and chat it up with some chums, this is a quality DD spot to make that happen.

Vision of mouth wonderfulness.

Had to repeat my order 3x, and still did not get it right. I'm a local here but the service was so bad. Would not recommend to any local.

not bitter, tasty fresh and this location is one of the few DD's around that has the elusive sour cream donut.

Both were delicious and not too sweet. The donut muffin tasted like cinnamon and the texture is more like cake donut. The blueberry scone was also good, there were so many blueberries inside and was not too sweet which I loved. I was hard to choose which ones to buy since the other pastries looked good as well. For other pastries, they had cookies, pies and breads. I would definitely come again and try other pastries and drinks :) their pastries were very affordable so I would recommend you to try if you haven't visited!

They have a great selection of bread, baked goods, tortes (some gluten free), and seasonally decorated packaged treats - iced heart-shaped sugar cookies, and even football-shaped foil-wrapped chocolates for Super Bowl. Between the treats, jarred jams, and quality kitchen linens-- I could definitely see stopping by here to get something to bring to a party, for a host/house-warming gift, and/or a care package! I opted for the blueberry biscuit because it was something I haven't seen before, and no regrets! It was soft and buttery without being overly sweet. I also got a cold brew with almond milk and (as a bit of a coffee snob) I found it was a little bitter but still good. Free wifi is available and two single-person unisex restrooms are available in the store. A gentle forewarning for the anxious... the yelp description of "inside a charming sneaker store" is a bit of an understatement... It is inside a very high end store, a bit of a maze, laden with security personnel (located in a strip mall of many other high end designer stores)... I thought my GPS took me to the wrong location at first. The pin on the map makes it seem like it's on the side closer to the highway, but you'll want to go around to the back, to the lot on the other side of the strip (further from the highway) for direct access to the coffee shop entrance. Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the warm sun and glimmer of a rainbow shining through the giant window

I actually met the owner a few years back when they first opened, and they were just as friendly and welcoming then as the vibe still feels now. The shop was super clean, fresh, and calm with very Sabrina Carpenter energy -- cute, cozy, and aesthetic without trying too hard. There was only one employee working when I went, but everything still moved smoothly thanks to the self-service kiosks, which made ordering easy. I tried the egg sandwich along with a latte made with almond milk (just note there is a small surcharge for almond milk). Everything tasted fresh and was packaged really well, especially the sandwich being wrapped up nicely since I was taking it on the road. One little tip: if you order a layered drink or something with toppings, ask if you can shake it yourself before the employee does it. Mine looked so pretty before it got shaken up for me, and I would've loved a quick picture first! The employee was very sweet though and overall the service was great. Definitely a solid morning stop in New Hyde Park and I'll be back again.
