Ordering wasn't an issue, but literally ended up sitting in the line behind two other vehicles for 10 nearly 15min to the point where I could see the vehicle two in front of me put their car into park. I even tried giving the store a phone call twice to see what the hell was going on. The first call literally just ringing non-stop before an automated message asking for a code (not sure why). The second call literally didn't connect at all with an automated message saying it couldn't connect, when the phone number dialed is the phone number listed within the Dunkin' app. Messing up orders, and not being able to run a drive thru this many times is a reflection of the owners/operators of this location.
