From the moment I entered, I felt uncomfortable due to the attitude of the employee at the register. When I was ready to pay, the employee appeared upset and told me that I needed to park better. Had the parking lines been clearly visible, I certainly would have. He also expressed frustration that I had been parked there for approximately 15 minutes, claiming that I was disrupting business, despite the fact that I was a paying customer purchasing items from the store. Because of how uncomfortable the interaction became, I decided not to complete my purchase and left the store. As I walked away, the employee continued making comments toward me. The gas prices are not the best, but the pumps and islands appear to be in great shape. The convenience store is called IB Mart and is stocked up with plenty of goodies for the road. I like this location because it's clean. It also has a car wash where you can just drive through. You can either pay at the pump if you use your credit card or right before the entrance of the car wash. You can also go inside the 7-11 to pay the clerk for the car wash. If you show your card, you get a stamp. If you fill up your card, you get a free wash. After you get your car wash, you can vacuum your car. The vacuums are located near the entrance of the car wash . I come here because it's the only Shell close to IB. It's right near the 5 north. You can't miss it. My only gripe is coming in and out of the gas station. I normally exit the back way to avoid all the traffic going on the freeway.
