They offer flights, hand made syrups, and plenty of milk and sweetener options. Even their batch brew is Chemex and never actually batch. Periodically, they have special releases, like mead barrel aged coffee or specialty micro lots and innovative processing styles. It's the only shop I know which carries cascara (tea made from coffee cherries). They have excellent baked food from Mr Meowski's, if that's your jam. All coffee is light roasted. There are no exceptions.

It was so warm on the inside and the workers made it feel very welcoming due to the intimacy when you first walk in from the "Hello's" along with the fact you can see the process and love that goes through each treat, due to the open area in the back where you can see them baking every item! They have so many menu items! I tried the St. Louie Lemon Cake, and the Honey Cinnamon speciality latte! And the rest of the treats that were on display looked just as yummy! He's not a complainer so he didn't let the waiter know that he thought he was getting a breakfast bowl. The service was good.
