COVID-19 phase: Workers are masked and very nice. Masks are worn by workers and required. They have a great rewards program! You get great deals and receive emails sometimes that give you a heads up about the deals. They have pretty much everything from coffee, lunch stuff, many different kind of drinks and alcohol to sweets and breakfast stuff too. I stop here to buy gas ONLY when I am in a pinch and can't make it to Costco gas. It is grossly overpriced of about $.30 more than Costco gas, otherwise it is about $.10-.20 more per gallon than other 7 Elevens and other nearby gas stations. The other day, I came here with the purpose to wash my windshield since Costco doesn't supply window washing supplies. I put in $10 of gas only to discover the window washer fluid bins were disgustingly dirty. They were low on water, cleaning solution was non-existent and there was trash thrown in the bins. Come on! If you are going to charge so much for "convenience" the least you can do is supply window cleaning solution and make sure the bins are not filled with garbage. read more

I'm adding to the consensus that the employees are unbelievably rude. I went to pay for my drink and the kid had earphones in and was chatting away on a phone call. I thought he was talking to me at first but no, he didn't say a word to me. As he was finishing the transaction I tried to ask him a question and right in the middle of me talking he shoves the receipt at me and says thank you. CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS!!! They double charge! Saturday 9/24/16 went in and made a purchase of $5.98 and a $10 withdrawal for the amount of $15.98. Got a text alert of the amount I just authorized. Moments later got another alert saying another amount of $15 charged. $15 is petty BUT stealing is not. Withdrawal fee of $15? Nah can't be. I'll be seeing you later today. I have been going to this 7-11 since it opened, never had an issue until today. Another employee from another store made a comment after I told the cashier "you are out of Mocha Iced coffee" she said "Oh no, let's shut down the store." Really? If something is out, restock. It's 108 out, you may want to make sure it is FULL. I go (WENT) in there every morning and spend about $80.00 a month there on drinks, snacks, etc It's one thing if she was joking.....she wasn't. She was being a smart ass bitch. Won't be going back, will take my money elsewhere. I am huge on Customer Service. I went in the other night ... and my boyfriend was falsely accused of stealing... he has very bad allergies and we go in w a friend and he needs to run to the car to get tissue so he gives me his candy and our friend his drink and he's trying to get his key out of his pocket and the guy at the counter yells at him telling him to not leave and we are all confused and he tells my boyfriend his pocket looks "no good" and for him to empty them and as my boyfriend reaches into his pocket *btw it was his phone in his pocket* the man reaches his hand under the counter and my boyfriend and I feared he was going to grab a gun or something... and the man is mumbling and my boyfriend empties his pockets of his phone money and beats headphones and the guy shakes his head and my boyfriend is saying I have no reason to steal I've never stole in my life .. can I get an apology , can you check your cameras and apologize and the man says "NO YOUR FINE" how rude and disrespectful my boyfriend is a light skin and I really think that had something to do with it it was a terrifying experience! And for the man I believe he's the owner to now even apologize how sick! Poor customer service experience. Young arab kid workin the register, ignored customers greetings because he was listening to his conversation on his earpiece....and talking, while customer was asking him something. When I asked the guy for something, a few minutes later, he had me waiting at the register for about two minutes while he changed trash can liners, even after I asked to be ring me up. read more

I go to this 7 Eleven often. The gas prices are great. It can get sketchy right out front. I tend to pay at the pump because of that.

The Customer service was great. The employee was very friendly and quick to ring up and the store was pretty clean. There are a lot of promotions right now which is also a plus. read more
