O STARS! I had a very disappointing experience due to extremely unprofessional customer service from the woman who appeared to be the owner (as stated by other staff). I waited in line like every other customer. My daughter's friend was ahead of me, but when the cashier skipped him, he stepped aside and came with me instead. The woman working the register began using two cashiers at once, claiming the line was long, when it actually wasn't. During my transaction, I was not finished ordering, yet she assumed I was done and called the next person in line. I calmly told her I wasn't finished, and instead of apologizing, she responded with a very rude attitude, saying she "didn't have time for this" and that I should "order everything at once" -- which I already had. Her assumption was not my fault. When I addressed her behavior and explained that she was being disrespectful and unprofessional, she cursed at me and continued speaking to me in a hostile manner. She then accused me of holding up the line, even though I had waited my turn just like everyone else. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. As a business owner myself, this is not acceptable customer service. Customers deserve respect, patience, and professionalism. This experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, and I will be reporting this incident. Will definitely lose a customer read more

Stopped by for some gas, left with a slushie! I was running on almost empty. No joke, it was bad. I hate having to get gas. I'm such a procrastinator with making sure I go get gas when it gets low. I also just don't like having to do it. Plus, it is expensive like crazy every single time I go lol Anyway, I finally went. Loaded up my gas. The pump kept declining my card for some reason. I eventually got it to work. I went inside to grab a large slushie/ ICEE. I figured, why not? I am already here, and I have a free slushie award. I walked over to the slushie station, and it was a total mess. The cups and lids were all mixed and not organized. I'm sure that people did this and didn't care about keeping the area clean. I watched the owner accuse an innocent customer of stealing when she did absolutely nothing wrong. Even after being shown where the customer left her candy that he swore she "stole" he chose ego and refused to apologize. Today I had a receipt thrown at me and told not to come back because I questioned why I was being charged over $5 for 2 water bottles when it's listed as 2 for $3.99. Clearly the clerk did not want to be challenged. I bought some diesel and left. It will be the last time I ever return. Being told to leave by someone with such a heavily accented English is ironic. Management or worker claiming to be a supervisor flew off the handle today in front of two more customers beside myself! I went in to put money on my card, and he was already in a very bad mood started to be aggressive putting his hand in my face and telling me ( my people come in) which I do not understand what he means by that!!!! Closest station to my house, but I have given up. The frequency of problems here is way too high. Pumps often don't work or won't connect to process your card. Unfriendly staff and management don't seem to care and get grumpy if you bring up any issues. There are plenty of sketchy people hanging around most days and I have been approached by scammers here multiple times. Probably not worth wasting your time driving between 8 pumps to find one that works. Drive on. read more

Anne the Manager is the most disrespectful, she is the reason why this store will go to ruins. I was talking to the cashier about having an issue with the gas pump and she interrupted us and told me to leave. When I asked her why she is raising her voice- she didn't want to hear any of it- proceeded to yell "do you not understand what get out means" "my employee already explained to you he doesnt have to explain again" and told her employee to not help me. She insulted me in front of other customers and even stated she doesn't have to help me. Her employee was the witness to this event. I am still baffled by this encounter. I dont know why she had to be so degrading to a customer. I dont know how someone that harasseses their customers can run a business. read more

I ordered a hot coffee, and the girl clerk said after she gave me a cup of coffee that didn't have any heat sleeves. I requested another cup and she replied "no, I can't do that" but take some napkins or grab some ice. Why wouldn't you just give me another cup? It's your bad that your out. I normally have a pleasant experience coming to this location usually in the morning with the lovely lady named Pissey. But I was just rudely served by a very unhappy clerk named Jonathan on the night shift who seemed to be rude to a lady in front of me rolling eyes and smacking his lips just because the lady wanted to switch a bag of cigarette to a box. The lady responded to his rudeness with it's the same thing. Then he rudely replies not for inventory purposes as he shakes his head in disbelief. I have worked retail and would have fired this individual on the spot or written him up I will no longer be going to this location at night I rather drive to AMPM then deal with miserable people. I just finished shopping here and, although I very rarely write reviews, I feel compelled to do so this time because of the very positive experience I enjoyed. The service from the 2 staff members was fantastically friendly and helpful. In particular, a young gentleman working there with a big smile on his face greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. And, he checked in with me a couple minutes after I had entered the store enthusiastically offering to help me find what I was looking for. (I was just browsing). He was so motivated to help that I asked him while checking out if he was the owner. (He wasn't). It may seem like I'm making a big deal over something simple, but good service is harder and harder to find these days, and it was so refreshing and uplifting to be treated like my patronage was appreciated. This used to be a nice 7-11 back in the day. Now you rarely can make it inside or out to your car without being hit up by a vagrant for money, cigarettes or drugs. I wish the management would do something to rid the filth that stands outside smoking weed and drinking beer. The only reason I still stop here is it is very convenient, as it's near my house and on the way out when I need some cash from the ATM, beer, etc. EDIT: It seems they have gotten rid of the low-lifes I had mentioned before. This 7-Eleven is different than their ordinary stores in that it offers a huge gas station right in front! The station is well lit. Has numerous pumps. It is clean. Pricing is usually at least five cents cheaper per gallon versus other stations in the immediate area. There is no extra charge for using a credit card. And receipts are available directly from the pump negating a walk into the actual store! Definitely a nice place to gas up in the Fullerton area! read more

This 7-Eleven is pretty great for many different reasons. What I like about it the most is the fact that they're always up to date with all of the 7-Eleven promotions and offers. The staff here is always friendly as well and it doesn't matter which time of the day or night you come in. They're always polite and tries to help you the best they can. There is also a gas station at this 7-Eleven. The price of gas is always the same as the Chervon across the street from it. But it's better to go to the 7-Eleven since there is more pumps and you can get more from the food store inside (and for cheaper) than the Chervon. At the same time though, I'm not too sure about their quality of gas. read more

To be honest all 7 Elevens are pretty much the same. Some may be a bit nicer than others, but they all serve the same purpose. This location also has a gas station which can come in handy when you're running in to grab a late night bite on an empty tank. Service is usually a hit or miss. Sometimes they can be friendly and cheerful, other times they don't give a rats arse. Given the location the store's pretty clean and neat. Shelves are always stocked and the food rotating on the heaters actually look decent. One bad thing about this spot though is given the proximity to the freeway there are a lot of "less fortunate" people who are always hitting you up for cash, food, drugs, etc. You name it they want it. Usually I wouldn't review a gas station but this expierence surprised me. First of all I've never seen a 711 gas station, so I wanted to check it out. So I got gas, cigs, and a pumpkin latte. While pumping my gas the store clerk realized he over charged me and came out to let me know, and reimbursed me. I thought it was very kind of him to take the time to fix it, he could have realized it and said "oops, oh well". But he didn't. It was nice to get it all in one stop.
