Even when it looks busy, the lines move fast, so you're not stuck waiting forever. Super efficient and easy in and out. They also have a small auto shop on-site for basics like oil changes and simple car maintenance, which is really convenient. Overall, definitely the cheapest gas I've come across in OC so far. I had points on my Ralphs card, only for the life of me I did not remember seeing a Shell on Chapman. The GPS led me down Raymond toward Chapman, and told me to turn left toward Fullerton College. Just as I was about to turn left, I spotted the Shell station on the corner. It used to be a Propel fuel station. In fact, it sort of still is. Half of the gas station was a Propel, the other half a Shell station, and they accepted Ralphs rewards! This may be my new go to station if the prices remain competitive.

The manager of the car wash is friendly and has worked there forever. I opted for a hand wash and hand wax yesterday and I was actually surprised how good of a job they did. There wasn't even a spec of brake dust left on the rims and they were pretty dirty before. Their website has coupons and the cashier happily accepted the $10 off a hand wax coupon I showed on my phone. I recently noticed a sign on the window there saying that if you install the Chevron app, it gives you $1 off per gallon for your first two fill ups. You can't beat free money and I definitely took advantage of that offer.

Only thing that was a random downside (for us) was that they don't sell alcohol. We were told it's because the campus (Cal State Fullerton) was right across the street. Being from Fresno where there are liquor stores on each corner of the Fresno State campus it made us laugh. But there it is! If you need to use the restrooms, it's a great place, but if you're looking for beer, try somewhere else. :)
