I rarely write reviews but if you have to pick a gas station skip this one…read more I went to go use my 7/11 rewards and since the manager didn't know how to scan the app he insisted the fault was on me. He refused to look at the fine print or scan the correct bar code since he had scanned the member number not the coupon number. I was very respectful since it's a gas station in a small town that I hadn't been to before. However, they didn't give me the time of day then he tossed my phone across the counter at me. When I looked at my phone he had actually used my coupon, removed the discount then charged my full price. Here is the screenshot from corporate apologizing and giving me back my poings and coupon and a copy of the receipt showing that it happened at this location and that he really did scan and then remove the discount and charge me. The problem was his integrity not the amount of money. If I could give this place a zero I would.

The facility seems to be kept up nicely in all of the equipment seem to be in good shape. The brushes had very soft bristles which me being a car wash freak I checked and every car wash that I go to a car wash LOL. The pressure washer had great pressure in the soap brush put out a very nice amount of suds. Since then I have been informed that they will be making improvements to this inconvenience in the near future! Don't let that minor mishap make you stay away, because the people working here are great and will do whatever it takes for you to have a good experience. Gas prices were competitive with the surrounding area, but overall they are slightly higher in Williamsburg than they are a bit farther South.
