However, two of us, strangers from different cars, were unable to wash our windshields because the canisters at EVERY pump did not have washing solution. They did have dry squeegees but no solution. Some of the canisters had trash in them.

I returned the next business day (they were closed Sunday), and instead of replacing it, they refused a refund and only offered to sell me another one at half price. That's not a real solution, that's paying again for a faulty product. If you're going to charge premium prices, you should stand behind what you sell. Very disappointing experience, and judging by these reviews, it seems to be standard practice.

Since then I have been informed that they will be making improvements to this inconvenience in the near future! Don't let that minor mishap make you stay away, because the people working here are great and will do whatever it takes for you to have a good experience. Gas prices were competitive with the surrounding area, but overall they are slightly higher in Williamsburg than they are a bit farther South.
