Stopped in for the convenience of it. While finishing up the day we needed some fast times for the family! This was the place that was close to all of us. As you walk in the store it's well organized and easy to maneuver through the aisles. The shelves are stocked and organized. The cashier was pleasant. As we gathered what we needed the best of deals is in doubles . They had prices all around the store so we could see what we were getting for the price. As we approached the counter to pay, again the cashier was speedy and all smiles. They even had a little something to make my sweet husband feel happy too. I just had to write a review. Being from Hawaii where the coolers can fill a whole wall with refrigerated food. Sandwiches, musubis, sushi, cakes, jello,. Regardless, they were here and open when I needed them. The cashier was very nice although he didn't seem to believe me when I told him their food section looks really sad. I used to love this location, I have been coming here for years... The employee that rung me up today was awful. They also suddenly started charging for ice (they used to not charge for ice and water if you purchased gas ) and the woman gave an awful attitude instead of saying, there was a new change for this. read more

I get it's a 7-Eleven so you can't really expect much, but the workers normally seem rude which I get it I wouldn't be happy working at 7-Eleven either but you can still be nicer to people coming in, the lady behind the counter is always either on the phone or FaceTiming people and can have a snobby attitude. Very thankful for the NEW Management. This place was a sad dump. The floors were sticky and disgusting, my feet would stick. The slurpee machines didn't work. There was never any hot food items. The nacho bar was a dusty corner. Now I LOVE my local 7-Eleven. Slurpees never disappoint. The nacho bar is full and supplied. The staff is nice, before it was a bunch of rude disgruntled employees. Everyone is nice. The food is nice and hot. They finally have the tornado/taquito things. Grill is clean and food is stocked. I will come here forever if they keep running the place the same. read more

I like stopping by to get snacks and a slurpee once in while when my dogs are at daycare nearby. The parking is good, lot is clean and the interior is one of the cleanest 7-11's I've been to. Taquitos and Slurpee always taste good and the staff is super nice and friendly. It makes my day better after going in there and seeing how well the staff works together and how well they take care of the store. Thank you! read more

Still giving a one star due to the fact that I have gotten sick off their grill food.

Lady was rude over parking and keep in mind I'm pulling a 20 foot trailer with a dually truck

Place is a pig pen. The restrooms are always filthy. The ice coffee, soda and Slurpee area is slightly cleaner than the restrooms. But for health reasons I don't shop that part of the store. The store isn't stocked like other 7 elevens there is so much open space compared to the others. It seems like there are new employees every three months. This 7 eleven once was like the others but now it is a store with broken equipment. Items out of or never in stock. I'm talking favorite items that we now have to go 2 miles down Horizon Ridge to a 7 Eleven to get them. Convenience is a disappointment. read more

Your employee with tattoos on his face had his mask under his chin while yelling at a customer to put theirs on. I don't need to explain to you how hypocritical this is and how moronic he seems to do this to a customer. He needs to be more respectful to the hearing impaired. And have more respect to the guidelines the CDC has set for Covid. This is embarrassing for your establishment since there was other customers there to witness how foolish he looked. read more

I had the most horrific experience at the 7-Eleven. I must say the level of unprofessionalism is truly uncanny. The manager of the establishment completely disrespected me and my cousin. We go in, and my cousin was looking for some backwoods the kind cashier pulled two out. My cousin realized they were stale, so she asked the cashier if she could pull out the back cigars to see if those might have been a little more fresh. The next second the manager completely blows up on me and my cousin kicking us out and proceeded to CALL THE COPS. This man definitely has some mental health issues because the behavior me and my cousin had to endure was completely foul. Calling us names, cussing us out, and belittling us because we asked for a fresher pack?! The behavior was completely unacceptable and I would strongly suggest reconsidering a new form of management. Such disgusting behavior. Be careful going in there. If that manager is there he may cuss you out because you asked his for a fresher pack of smokes. Terrible. read more

What a friendly staff! The 7-Eleven has a great variety of snacks,drinks and even toys for the kids. My little boys love the Vegas golden knights beanie babies that they carry. We actually bought two of them. A few days ago one of my boys lost his his so we called to see if they have anymore in stock. Of course the woman that answered the phone Went above and beyond and let me know that they still have them in the store and what their price was. read more

Avoid this location. This has been gas and snacks five days a week for me for years. Had a simple $2 problem with the air machine in the parking lot (didn't work--wasn't marked out-of-order). Asked for a refund just so I'd have quarters to use at the next location. Clerk said, "No." ask to talk to manager, same answer. Seriously--this is such a minor/insignificant thing to ask. I told him I'm there 5 days a week and would appreciate a simple $2 refund. "No." I wonder if the location is under new management. 100% failure of customer service. read more

It is a nice store, but not enough employees to service the busy times.

Literally every time I go to this location and there is a certain employee working, the store is conveniently out of the mocha flavor iced coffee. Somehow when she's not there, the machine works fine, but when she's on shift, they're suddenly out. This is the only thing I get at 7-11. read more

Hey, go there like 2am and you most likely see the guy outside with some girl,who was sitting on a stool. Went in to get a hotdog. Right, they were dark in color and all wrinkled . Nice deal 1/4 lb.hotdog and chips too bad it was more like 1/4 lbeef jerky and chips. I walked out with nothing and went over to Timbers. I won't take a chance going there to get something fresh. read more
