Whenever I go in, I'm either greeted by the associates up front like Heather, or I end up chatting with one of the managers like Joe or Shannin. It's no wonder the team is so great with a store manager like her. She was so humble, caring, and truly a great role model for her team. Joe is just as great, any time I'm able to see him his smile always lifts my spirits. Truly a special culture at this store, the stores on Stephanie and Green Valley should take notes, and especially the store on Silverado Ranch... I usually enjoy shopping at Sprouts, and this location is one of the better ones in Henderson. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Their produce is fresher than other locations, and I like the variety of healthy and specialty items that are harder to find elsewhere. The employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful, and checkout is usually quick. I also appreciate the weekly sales and bulk section--it makes it easy to try new things without spending a fortune. My only suggestion would be to do a better job keeping some of the more popular items in stock, as I've made a few trips only to find empty shelves on products I specifically came for. Overall, it's a great neighborhood grocery store with a good selection, fair prices, and a pleasant shopping experience. It's one of my regular stops. read more

I walked in to the Sprouts Farmers Market located at 280 W. Lake Mead Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89015. I could not find "STEEL CUT OATS" in any form so I asked a woman wearing Sprouts Outfit standing close by the nuts bins near the front behind the cashiers. She looked at me for a bit and quickly told me to go check the other nearby aisles. It took me a while but I could not find any "STEEL CUT OATS". A "while" for me was going around the the wall, walking to the fresh fruit and vegetables. I walked toward the other wall and found "STEEL CUT OATS (opposite where she pointed for me to go"! I am a weak 75 year old and shared my difficulty experience looking for the STEEL CUT OATS with Justin at the checkout (who apologized for the inconvenience). I arrived home praying that elderlies like me would be spared from walking around the whole store. To avoid falls from fainting, I reminded myself to order online from now on. Hopefully Sprout will be kinder to elderly customers... My experience could've been better! read more

I had a very uncomfortable experience with Vicky while using self-checkout. Throughout my interaction, she was rude and hostile toward me, while I observed her being friendly and welcoming to the other customers around me. She was telling other customers to have a nice day, but did not extend the same courtesy to me. Instead, she seemed much more focused on monitoring how I was scanning my items, which made me feel singled out and unwelcome. The way she interacted with me was noticeably different from how she treated the other customers, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I eventually approached Vicky directly and asked why she was treating me differently. Unfortunately, she did not provide a valid explanation and did not offer an apology for the way she had treated me. Based on the significant difference in how I was treated compared with the other customers, I left the interaction feeling that I had been racially profiled. No customer should feel targeted, unwelcome, or treated differently based on their race or appearance. I hope this concern is taken seriously and that the situation is addressed appropriately. I expect to be treated with the same basic courtesy and respect as every other customer. read more

Our weekly go to for produce, vegan and bin items. Produce is always top notch. Staff is welcoming and helpful, offering courtesy ice if needed on a hot day for my yogurt. We like the optional Instacarts which tell us what's on sale and how much that bulk grain is in the moment. Look into the reward program, too. Self checkout is available if you aren't using the electronic cart, and a person is always available at a checkout lane. Easy, plentiful parking, convenient location at E LMP and Water Street. read more

My girlfriend and I came in for a sandwich and a few other items for a quick mountain trip get away... While we were at self checkout, the lady over-watching that area- Vicky- was very hostile and rude when interacting with us. She walked around all of the kiosks and told everyone, aside from us, to have a good day. Not only that, but my girlfriend thought she scanned our sandwich but it didn't read on the scanner and the lady at the cash register behind us said something as if we were trying to steal it. We left but I decided to turn around and walk back in so I could talk to a manager, and guess what- little miss Vicky was at our scanner and she had printed our receipt as if we were thieves... I'm sorry, but we can definitely afford a $5 sandwich- racial profiling at its finest. I asked her why she was so rude to us and her response was that we looked like we were struggling?? Like what?? And she was rude when replying to me! That's when I asked for the manager. I'm a nice person but people are so nasty, this world is sad because of people like that. The unfairness of people treating others poorly based on their image is disgusting and I hope you all learn a lesson one of these days because we are friendly people that were literally just wanting to have a nice day. read more

Staff is always friendly at this location. They always remember us, right down to knowing what day we usually come in. Fantastic customer service. They are usually well stocked with our favorite items. Store is clean and well maintained. The only reason I knocked it down one star is because they never seem to have enough people working the deli counter. The employees always seem like they are running around doing a million different things behind the deli counter. The deli counter employees are pleasant, but seem stressed. We end up waiting around 5-10 minutes just for someone to come and take our order. This is an issue for us, because we visit the deli counter every time we come to Sprouts. I am hoping they can get this issue fixed with the deli counter and I will revise my review to 5 stars. This is not an issue at the Green Valley locations deli counter. Order is always taken quickly and completed quickly. So, I am not quite sure why this location has the issues it does. read more

So I give the girl my sprouts bag, and she uses a brand new bag and charges me. I tell her, where's my bag? I had 2. One inside the other. She said, I didn't charge you for the bag, I'm like, yes you did. I still have the receipt with the .10 cents on it. What kind of goofy person is this? I wanted my bag. She didn't ask if I wanted to use my points, so unprofessional. The great girl that is usually there must be off today. My normal Sprouts are the ones on Stephanie and Warm Springs and Tropicana and Pecos. We happened to see this one opened last year when we were in the area and were excited to check it out. We don't come to this part of Henderson that often, maybe once a month but we started coming here when we were. We like this one so much, we've started going out of our way to come to this one. I like how this Sprouts is laid out. It is a bit tighter than the other ones I go to but it feels bigger and more organized. I like that there are self checkout spots (yes, I'm on of those people who don't see self checkout as "work") but also fast moving lines. Every employee I've encountered here has been nice, friendly and helpful. I've never experienced buying rotten produce or any other sort of bad product. But I also am very meticulous about what I'm purchasing. I haven't seen anything rotten, waiting to be purchased.
