He advised one of us to go inside and let the cashier know we were paying for two smog checks at $19.99 each. I went inside and spoke with the cashier, a kind older gentleman named Arsenio. He asked if I would like to save $3 on each smog check. When I agreed, he asked me to search for a 24/7 Xpress Smog coupon and click on the Valpak website to show him the coupon -- a thoughtful gesture! After getting the receipts, I returned to my car. The technician quickly finished my smog check and then did my husband's in less than five minutes. He was very courteous and offered helpful advice on how often smog checks are needed and how far in advance they can be completed. Due to the wonderful customer service and efficiency, I will definitely be returning to this location for future smog checks.
