On our way to Las Vegas my daughter wanted to stop at 7-Eleven for her tea or hot chocolate. We drove a little bit off the 15 freeway heading east a few blocks and pulled in the parking lot is really tight. I think this is a new fad but now a lot of convenient stores all conveniently have signs saying that the bathrooms are out of order... And when I complained I was handed the key! Thank God because all of us how to use the bathroom addition! The coffee station did not have whip cream and marshmallows which was kind of sad for us... The people that work there are super friendly and gave me tips to use money 7-Eleven app...Scan the barcode on your phone for each coffee that you purchased. I was coming from Las vegas, Leaving to go to Los Angeles back home from seeing my Parents. I stop here because it was 1 am and I started to drift off to sleep. I parked to rest. There was a young girl in a car next to me. She was eating and sleeping or resting. No she was no she was not homeles. I notice customers coming to the doors, looking around bewildered. Sitting in their cars waiting. I really didnt think much. But I did say to myself. There is sure a lot of people waiting, then lraving. A very nice women asked me. Why are the doors locked and no one inside? She asked me. Then she asked if I worked at 7-Eleven. No I said,have you been inside she asked. No, why? I have been here waiting for 40 minutes and the doors ate locked. No one is inside and I do not believe they are on lunch. I thought maybe and emergency at home. Maybe robbery, maybe Susie. Yep thats what I thought. But then a customer shouwed up and said not again. They do this all the time. I listened, the women stated tell the man how long she has been waiting. He told her not to wait anymore, because they probably will only come back before there shift ends. She said you've got to be kidding, no I am not kidding. They seem to have there own hours hete. She tried calling inside the store, but said as soon as it rang. It clicked off. She asked me why I was here. I told her. Just taking a break, was falling asleep. Was going to take a cat nap . Then wake up for coffee inside.doesnt look like thats gonna happen. She said to me, I need gas. I dont have anyleft. The man said, right there is another gas station go over there. Across was a shell station. I went over there too as I woke up and all of us talking I was awake. Got coffee she put her gas in. At a higher price I will say. I asked the man at the station. Why is their no one at that station. He said, I dont know. That happens a lot and customers come hete complain. Seems that employee has their own hours. It's a mess, and a big prople waiting to happen for whoever wins that place. Got my coffee talked a bit. Then left to head home. But not before I went by that 7-Eleven. And just as I thought over 2 hrs and no one came back. People were pulling up, waiting, then leaving. Shaking their heads. read more

It would be a great idea if your employees would leave a time in the middle of the night early morning when they go to lunch on the door so your customers will be aware of that and if it's only like 5 minutes wait most of us would wait around but when it's over half an hour and still nobody shows up at the door to unlock it it gets to be frustrating because it puts all your early morning drivers that are heading to work way behind so if they could please when they go to lunch write a note saying they're at lunch what time they left and when they return at least so we have an idea how much time we have to spend or should we take off and go somewhere else cuz I can tell you her first hand you're losing a lot of customers by not putting the time when that person that works for you will be return to open the doors again it's going to help you and it's going to help your customers save time and money just a thought because you to lose lots of business when people wait around and then they become late for work it would be very helpful to the customer thank you for hearing my story read more

Hello 7 Eleven owner I just wanted to bring something to your attention. One of your workers today maybe manager or owner , who asked me why I was going in and out and said to me I'm not stealing right? First of all I didn't go in and out I was at the atm where I go at least once a week because I have Citi and I don't get charged there. Then I was going to buy something. I was trying to buy a cup ice an energy drink and a water. I was wearing beige shorts, white shirt with colorful logo on back on 04/29 around 3:35 to 3:45 , glasses, and medium color skin. Just in case you want to look at cameras. I told him look at your cameras I'll wait . He said he was joking. that's not something to joke about especially when your not sure if your right . To accuse someone of something like this is unacceptable and is not right. I'm in my work van with my phone number on the side. It would be the dumbest thing to even try to do that. Either way my point is I don't need to steal or be excused of something like that. I have my own business and was tired and hot trying to get money and water and an energy. read more

I took my family here last Saturday at 1pm because my kids wanted hot dogs and a slushy,we very disappointed to find the the cups were not stocked and the ones there were there were dirty and had fingerprints on them, there was mess and blobs of overflowed slushy all over the place. the hot dogs were empty and I really wanted to walk out but my kids were so thirsty and hungry i had to risk it. the man who served us overcharged us for an item we did not even purchase and was probably the most ignorant, illiterate and bad mannered person i had ever seen in a 7-eleven and i will never go back there again. Horrible. I get there at 730 and they are out of coffee. What? Serious? Come on. I tell the women that they are out of coffee and she doesn't say anything. Then when she finally comes over to put out more coffee she says here you go. And then puts out cold coffee. COLD COFFEE. I Certainly hope the owner reads this and fixes this. COLD COFFEE. This job isn't hard. You collect money for purchases and make HOT coffee. read more

Good location, good service, Never had a problem here. The parking can be a bit of a hassle but nonetheless five stars.

Where do I start for this particular establishment? This is the closest 7-Eleven to me so I figured it shouldn't be that bad, but it turns out my experience was terrible. My mother was with me and she wanted to pay for something specific and the cashier had major trouble with English! The more I tried to explain to him what my mother wanted he did not care what I was even talking about! We ended up seeing another guy who understood what we were talking about and he helped because that other dude was difficult and upsetting my mother. I did get pizza and let me tell you it was probably the worst pizza I ever ate I mean seriously... I had 7- Eleven pizza before at other places and it was good. BUT!! The man who sold me the pizza neglected to tell me his pizza been sitting in the same place for 72 hours! I'm being dramatic but It tasted like cardboard and it was so stiff I can't believe I even ate it but I don't waste money. From my first experience there I am willing to travel to another 7-Eleven other than this one. read more
