I totally forgot to ask for less syrup in my coffee (I like a balance of being able to taste coffee with a hint of the flavor) but thankfully it wasn't over bearing. The coffee was delicious. I am very grateful that they remade it so I could eat and the food was fine but overall a negative, predatory experience that could have been solved with better communication from the employees.
