Hey anyone else get weird vibes like that you actually are afraid of the man who hangs out in the 711 i don't believe he works there. Whenever I go in there with my child he walk over by us and just mean mugs us! I say hi to kinda break the intensity of his stare and he never answers. But to be honest it's kind of scary! I like this 7-Eleven because they have a nice variety of things. I also like this 7-Eleven because the people who work there are nice as well too. I'd say most times that I visit this 7-Eleven, it is a successful trip. Also, the people at the checkout counter are usually very quick with the transactions. read more

They dugout a mountain side to build this store. It has gasoline & every other thing that your typical 7-11's offer. The store is newer design so easy to find what you are looking for. They offer other interesting items that others don't. And 8 out of 10 read more

I hope the owner sees this review! Your employees are RUDE! Running a facility with daily customer interaction myself, I would be embarrassed by my employees if I ever heard they were acting in this manner...since they are a direct reflection of me as their "leader/boss." I've never been to a store where the customer is completely ignored until it is convenient for the employee. I've stood at the counter on multiple occasions waiting for the staff to finish eating, watching tv or talking (without even being acknowledged!) They do not say hello, they do not say thank you...they say nothing other than your total. By being a customer you are a nuisance! The young lady working day shift today (7/20/17) is as unprofessional as they come. I was appalled that she huffed and puffed when I came to the counter to pay. She WATCHED me place my stuff down at the register and then told me to come to the other after moving the "next register" sign ?!?!? This 7-11 is nothing more then typical as far as the store/layout which does not compensate for the rude staff. The young lady that works night shift is the exception and should be acknowledged. If I had the opportunity to express my frustration to the corporation I certainly would! read more

Let's just start off by saying, this isn't just me...I have never heard ONE good thing about the service here. They owed my mom money after she pumped under her prepay, and they didn't give it to her. And for me, two of their gas pumps did not work and told me to "see sales associate," so I obliged. One employee was under the counter doing something and the other blatantly ignored me while I stood there, obviously needing assistance. He looked over at me with a smug expression and mumbled, "Do you need something?" I kept my composure and told him the problem I was having pumping gas. So, I guess that prompted him to go back to ignoring me while he talked to a random store visitor. And so I asked, "Soooo, can I pump gas or not?" And the other employee came up from under the counter while the smug boy turned to me and said, "well, you'll have to prepay," and then again went on about his business. I was standing there with my card in my hand as one stared blankly at me and the other huffed and puffed to the store visitor about me...right in front of me. I asked, "I just want help pumping gas, is there a reason this is such a problem for you?" Of course, he snapped back "No, I have no problem with you, I have a problem with him not helping you." And pointing to his co-worker. I just brushed it off as he was obviously an a$$hole and the co-worker told me I could go pump gas...I was halfway out the door when they said, "Well, you do know you're going to have to prepay, right." Frustrated, I hand him my card and AGAIN they blankly stare at me. I guess I was supposed to already know that I was to swipe my own card inside the store. When they point down to it after a solid 5-10 seconds of them refusing to actually help me, he raises his voice to an unnecessary level to condescend me with "Well, how am I supposed to know how much to put on the pump. Pick something, JESUS...$40, $50...WHATEVER." Ok, I get that I went into extreme detail on what was probably about 30 seconds of my day, but I wanted to make it clear how obviously excruciating it was for these "employees" to help a customer. It was something very simple, and I walked out feeling insulted. I've heard a million stories just like mine.
