Si as a paying customer, I watched the attendant let a man go use their bathroom and then was told I couldn't use it. I'm not an addict or homeless (not that tv at should make a difference bc money is green in my hands just as much as the next guy. That she let a man tat can pee anywhere standing up use the bathroom (without making a purchase) but didn't let me... I don't understand! I'm not even concerning looking. I usually buy gas at a warehouse club but since my boyfriend and I have been carpooling to work this last year, he stops at this 7-Eleven (it's on the way home) to fill up. It's way easier to make a stop here on the way home than it is to travel to the other place and then wait in a LOOOOOOOOOOONG line. There have been times where I've stopped here for gas myself in the past 7 years, when I used to take Tropicana to work. I would say that I've only every experienced nice, helpful employees in a clean store. This location doesn't have that nifty special coffee machine (but tbh I don't even know if they have them in any location anymore because when I want "fancy" coffee I go to the major brand next door, rhymes with Smarmucks) but they do have a fully stocked coffee station and a large ready to eat meal section. The area around this 7-Eleven can be rough and "scary" if you've never experienced a lower income area. I can assure you, it's not as scary as walking alone in the middle of the night in the Bronx with men hiding in the shadows, screaming out to you, "hey ma, where you going?" so I wouldn't be too mindful of the "this place is ghetto and you may get murdered" comments. I've noticed a security guard outside who keeps things moving pretty well, so I've never felt unsafe. Granted, there are people who drive in crazy and act crazy but that's not exactly the stores fault and I'm not going to blame them. read more

Convenience at the Las Vegas Crossroads: There are hundreds of 7-Elevens scattered across the Las Vegas valley. However this one is unique. It is where the road to the Las Vegas Strip meets the road to Fremont Street. It is at the northwest corner of Boulder Highway which changes into Fremont Street and eventually concludes at the Fremont Street Experience and Tropicana Avenue which intersects the Las Vegas Strip at one of the most photographed intersections in the World. The upshot is that this 7-Eleven gets very busy and that I have been here many times since 2005. The nice thing about this 7-Eleven is that it is a short walk from the Boulder at Tropicana Starbucks. This is a Starbucks that I have also visited since 2005. For me there is a connection between this Starbucks and 7-Eleven. Back in 2005 when I interned with the City of Las Vegas I'd often drive Fremont Street/Boulder Highway (Nevada Route 580) and Gibson to Black Mountain Villas in southeast Henderson. This Starbucks and 7-Eleven were my midway resting point. Back in 2005, I'd pick up a Big Gulp after Starbucks for the second part of the ride home. In more recent times, I have stopped at this Starbucks before Wetlands Park. Before getting in my car, I will pick up bottled water for the nearby great outdoors. Other times I have stopped here for other items. Now the bad thing about this 7-Eleven is that it is in the ghetto. At least the immediate area. As a matter of fact last Saturday a security guard yelled at a homeless man who made the sidewalk by the nearby sushi joint his bed to get the heck out of there. Across the street the Sportsman Royale weekly has made the news for violent crimes. Even the adjacent Albertson's shopping center was in the news for a daytime shooting. In the past I have witnessed panhandlers try to wash customers windows filling up at the 7-Eleven gas station. Outside kids have panhandled for money. It shouldn't be a surprise that my trips here are abbreviated. They are so abbreviated that I never filled up at the gas station here. Despite the fact that the immediate area is in the ghetto, this is a clean and spacious 7-Eleven. There is far less graffiti if any for that matter here than there is in a Green Valley Circle-K. The store is brightly lit and clean. The clerks are also friendly. At the crossroads of the roads that lead to the Las Vegas Strip and the Fremont Street Experience, this 7-Eleven in conjunction to the nearby Starbucks has served me well. It is inevitable that I will return to the Las Vegas Crossroads 7-Eleven in the future. read more

In all honesty, I try not to visit this 7-Eleven location unless I have to. There are always scavengers and panhandlers outside just hanging out, never hesitant to you ask if you have any spare change. The outside is not the cleanest, probably due to the heavy traffic of pedestrians always coming through. Once inside, it is a miss for me too. Staff is not the friendliest, and something is always not clean. read more

The only 7-Eleven in Vegas that I cannot add money to my WilliamHill account. Apparently only one employee can do that. Also the only 7-Eleven in town right now that is not offering a promo on monster drinks. You can open the 7-Eleven app and see that monsters are on promo, but not if you go to this location, it's a shame you can't fix stupid read more

Worst customer service... what a attitude with the owner or the manager whoever the Guy was at the cashier or the guy who walked out of the office. I dont think they really care about the customers and the service. Saw such an attitude and the worst behaviour to the gentleman who was trying to purchase a coffee. I am stunned by the one and two-star reviews of this 7-11. Granted, it's not located in the safest of neighborhoods, but the people who work here are definitely the best. Consider what they tolerate during their work shift. Everyone is in a rush and if they're not out of the store within seconds, they begin to get antsy. The employees put up with a huge amount of impatient people and yet they manage to maintain their pleasant demeanor and keep a smile on their faces. The store is kept clean, and if it's not fully stocked, it's because someone decided to clean them out -- without paying for the things they took. I've never been over-charged on anything at any time I've been here, and I go here quite often because I live down the street from this store. We had to stop here for gas and we ended up living with some energy drinks and snacks for the road . We were here around noon and it wasn't busy at all so we were really impressed , the place is well maintained And love how They all have red-box for when you want to rent a movie even this location is way far from where we live is a location we sure will stop by when we around that area . read more

DO NOT go into 7-11 on Boulder and Trop for your morning coffee when Terrance is working. He'll charge you double!!! I just tried to purchase an ice coffee refill which is roughly 1.50. He charged me 2.79 because I brought my own cup...he said I had to pay for the ice coffe AND regular coffee...in what world do we live in where you have to pay for two products when you only purchase one?
