We were driving from Las Vegas airport to Capitol Reef then to Bryce, and Zion National Parks and this stop is on the way, about an hour out of Las Vegas. Not many food/gas places after that. I was hesitant to stop at a truck stop called "Love," wondering what kind of services were offered. I was pleasantly surprised by the bright, safe feeling, well stocked store with lots of grab and go salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, coffee, lots of drink options, and sit-down for Subway and Godfather pizza. The only drawback was the soda fountain by Subway and Godfather only had sodas, no unsweet ice tea or sweetened ice tea. The second time we came, I bought bottles of unsweet tea in the store for our sandwiches. There are shower facilities with a TV screen with availability status. We stopped in the morning and afternoon, and there were mostly construction workers and other men. Everyone was well mannered. Bathrooms were clean for both times we stopped. I liked that the checkout staff would wish you "Safe travels!" Even though they say it to everyone, it was done with warmth and it was nice to have those good wishes when you are driving for hours. read more

Severely understaffed. 2 employees and possibly one manager. So much freight was on the floors and not on the shelves. Stock was super depleted but could have been in store they just can't stock because it is a constant to check people out and handle the trucker business. The drink center was overflowing with ice and falling on the floor. My husband cleared the ice so another couple could actually use it. No straws to be found so I went on a search under the island and found them and refilled them for the dedicated drivers. One drink machine was completely broken down as if it was never set up with the parts still soaking in the water. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper, as well as, paper towels. Feminine hygiene waste containers were overflowing. Floors around the food islands were dirty and slick with debris and water. Corporate - get these dedicated employees some relief!!! I am a Class A truck driver I came to the Love's in Nevada off of highway 93 I've been sitting here since 1:30 p.m. all to be told that they tire technician would not be in until 3:00 p.m. and now it's 7:17 p.m. so I going to the office and ask them how much longer would it be and now I'm being told that they tire technician never came into work the clerk has a really bad attitude and lied to my face and said that they had called me to tell me this after sitting here for hours so I showed him my call log proving that no one from loves ever called me in regards to my trailer tire being repaired this place do not care that they have people sitting in the parking lot for hours for nothing read more

Curb by pumps painted red-- NO parking x one spot and a tanker was in it. Clean,friendly inside. NO FREE BLACK WATER DUMP. Across street at RV storage site $10 to dump. NO POTABLE water. Had to knock to get into office,all gated. Then she disappeared and i couldnt find her! Finally found her as water was shut off although she had,supposedly, turned it on. Rand new Loves Truckstop. This place is so busy, but the staff was taking care of business! There had to be over a 100 customers in the store at one time. Under normal conditions it would be overrunn! All pumps and truck lanes were full! At least 10 vehicles waiting for a pump. Crazy!!! Most normal people would just leave and by pass the chaos! What was so great was the crew it had it all under control. Restrooms overflowing with people, but still very clean. Food, shelves and all stock was fully stocked. Fresh mad pizza available in 2 places. Plenty of indoor seating. No overflowing trash cans anywhere. Just smiles and how can we help you. Amazing! Would I come back you bet! This gas station sucks. I mean if you have a way to pay outside, you should be able to pay outside. I don't know if it's a tactic for you to make people to go inside, but when you have sleeping kids in the car and the only way for you to get gas is for you to pay outside and it doesn't work it's absolutely ridiculous. There is a large food selection, both hot and cold, there are a lot of electronics, and travel amenities. Love's is easily one of the best gas station stops out there almost there with Buc-ee's! This location is massive and packed with everything from snacks to souvenirs inside their well-stocked convenience store. The spacious layout makes it perfect for semi trucks, and there's even an RV park onsite. The customer service was friendly, and everything was clean and well maintained. I asked her one question and received one response which I could not understand because she mumbled it so I asked her to repeat herself and she said it the same but snappy and was walking away as she said it. This review is for Love's RV Storage across the street. I started using them to store my trailer back in 2019 and all was great through Jan 2023 when the birds came. Seems they build the place near a town dump. I don't blame them for the birds, I blame them for a year and a half later not doing any remediation like netting in the covered storage to limit the impact. It just keeps happening over and over. Look at the pictures! Cost me $400 to get the trailer cleaned to a reasonable point. Back in January 2023 they moved me to the other side of the yard and promptly started charging another $50 a month for the privilege. The new location had power on site which solved a hassle of constantly having to g to bring a generator to recharge the batteries so they wouldn't get ruined. All was fine and well till December 2023, when the power stopped working. Through July 2024 I was repeatedly told the problem was in the process of being fixed, or, that the power was on only to go to the trailer the next day and the outlets on the entire row of stored trailers were dead. I even walked the row with a multi meter checking each one with one of Love's employees. In July I was told the fix was in only to again go there and there was no power. The other employee told me I'm the only one that complains. I guess it's normal to pay an extra $50 a month in corporate welfare and get nothing in return. I asked for a manager who told me to check out three particular parking locations in another row. Which I did. The first two had no power and the third one was showing 180v at the outlets. Good luck connecting your trailer to that one. Then there was a full 3 week period in early 2024 where the gates or entry system was broken and the gates were wide open. So much for security just relying on cameras that supposedly were in place. Over the years the trash has accumulated as well on the property. Anyways, I'd had enough and moved the trailer to another company a week later. Piss poor service. read more

I love Love's! I love a good truck stop. The vibe is Americana deluxe. People from everywhere. "Number 23: Your shower is ready," being called over the loudspeaker. I've stopped at this location in the past, and it's really deteriorated. The fuel islands are filthy, the bathrooms (men's and women's) aren't being maintained and incredibly dirty. My wife told me that the women's rest room was one of the worst she has every seen. The men's room was closed and the only facility that they have available is a portable unit by the front entrance. Needs new management and reinvestment in facilities, training, quality control, etc. read more

Love the fact that we found this Love's Travel Stop. It is actually about 15 miles north of Las Vegas off the Interstate 15 Freeway. We were running out of gas quick so Love's came as a much needed sight. The Travel Stop is not very large as far as travel stoos go. There was a Subway sandwich shop and a Godfather's Pizza. There were enough gas pumps to help everyone without having any lines that Saturday afternoon. The restrooms were clean which is always a positive thing. You have to head into the lobby, wait in a line of ten to twelve unhappy people, then find out their point of sale system needs a significant reboot. I stopped in here for the night on my way to Reno. The parking lot had plenty of parking for my truck and trailer but the showers kind of let me down. They were not as clean as what I thought they should've been but the place was pretty busy when I checked in with my app it was nice to see that they had a power washer cleaning the Diesel islands which is one of my major pet peeve's at truck stops. Nothing will aggravate you faster than stepping in diesel that has spilled on the ground. The inside of the store was clean and had tons of options for any foodie. My family and I blew a tire on our trailer, it's a 6 wheel flatbed. All I needed was help removing the blown tire. Found two Loves employees at the "tire repair" shop. They said they don't work on small tires. I understand it's a semi station, but the lack of compassion and the overwhelming "it's not my job" attitude was disgusting. I can only imagine if I was in a jam and they did offer the services I needed. So thank you Loves for having me park on the side of the busy freeway with 4 small kids and wife.
