I get there and they tell me they'll replace it under warranty but I have to wait until the mechanic, who looks like he's in no hurry to do anything, to do another tire, and then a PM. I let them know my clock is low and that's going to mess up my next day. In short, they said they didn't care. I shouldn't have to deal with this. Messing up my clock and possibly costing me money. It should have been done right the first time.

Stopped by 6 times in person and the CB Shop is NEVER open. Talking to the employees and manager, all say they haven't seen the owner of the CB Shop for weeks. Aside from the horrible CB shop that steals radios, the Truckstop is clean and friendly workers. The restaurant has always been very good. Friendly servers and fast proper cooked food. The food is expensive, but you never leave hungry. Probably the cleanest restrooms in the Midwest. Good job there. July 2015 update: I have still not received my property back and the management says they can't do anything about it seeing as Real World CB shop just rents space from them. Out of a $400 radio. I am extremely disappointed with the way customers were treated at this Pilot location. Two female…read moreemployees were loudly laughing and carrying on while customers were waiting for assistance. When we asked if someone could help us, one of the employees responded, "You're gonna have to wait your turn, pal," and then walked away toward the back. This was not simply a matter of having to wait. The problem was the employee's disrespectful tone, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for the customers standing there needing assistance. There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking customers to wait when employees are busy, but there is a professional and respectful way to communicate that. Management needs to seriously look into the behavior and customer-service standards at this location. Customers are the reason the business is operating, and they should not be made to feel ignored, disrespected, or like they are bothering employees by asking for help. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the behavior appropriately. The employees representing Pilot should understand that their attitude and behavior directly affect the company's reputation.
