This is the spot we get all of our hard to find produce, as well as our ingredients for Asian/hawaiian meals as the selection is expansive and you can usually find nearly everything you need. Since it has a lot of specialty items, I couldn't tell you if they are good deals or not, but I can tell you, they probably have it so that's half the battle!

I advised her I wanted $25 dollars on pump 17 and I put in my telephone number which lets the attendant know how many gas points I have that I could use to pay for my fuel,as soon as I gave her my credit card she swiped it ( here I am standing waiting for her to tell me how much I had available( referring to the gas points you receive for shopping at Kroger and Harris Teeter, most of us if not all know what I'm talking about ) she returned my card and my receipt without even asking me about the points. I was kind of disappointed because when I got fuel this past Monday I had .20 off so I knew I had more available to redeem. I don't want to put her name out there because I don't want to cause any problems but I want Kroger to enlighten their employees so this doesn't happen to anyone else,we all want the option to save money so that's my point I'm trying to get across. I didn't give 5 stars only because this is the first time this has happened to me!. No big deal but I just wanted to put this matter out in the open.

I got a two piece spicy chicken tenders box with a side. I like that they have regular or spicy to choose from and I picked Mac n cheese as my side and you can choose a dipping sauce for the tenders. I was surprised at how good everything tasted and you actually get two whole pieces of chicken tenders! Almost every where else the "tenders" are just cut up strips of tenders. And the Mac n cheese was pretty good for stovetop Mac n cheese. It was a simple meal but it was done right. I will definitely comeback and try their other chicken meals

The fries tasted like they were cooked & then reheated by microwaving too long; making them soggy & rubbery. The hash browns were soggy & greasy too. The turkey sausage sub tasted rubbery like it had been reheated/microwaved too long as well, the 1 roll was the only thing that tasted edible. Probably because it required no cooking! The quality of cooking has gone down so much that i won't risk driving across town for bad food again. Royal Farms, your chicken has an excellent reputation for being the best. An employee entered right before I entered and informed me that the restroom was closed until 0600. I pleaded and he began scolding me about protocol. The pump area was clean with no debris in the area. Trash can was within its boundaries. There was also wash and squeegee available. I utilized the touch, pay and drive with my card which is blazing fast processing. The gas price was within, if not more reasonable than other area stations. I would absolutely come back.

The place is busy the first time I went but inside was clean and organized. Wait is not that long to pay even if there is a long line. The customer service is friendly and helpful.
