Stopped in at this location to refuel the rental car before returning it to the rental car facility at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Paid at the pump with a credit card and refueled the car. The receipt printer was not working - so had to go inside to retrieve a physical receipt. read more

The owner didn't renew his liquor license and had months to do it. I used to buy there a couple times a week. Never again. And I thought they were supposed to be open on Christmas. There were many people who came by that were disappointed. There's also a really nasty woman who works in the morning. Owner clearly doesn't care at all about customers. read more

It's conveniently located off the expressway. Stopped there several times and the place was clean inside. Made my purchase quickly without any issues. It's good for stocking up on last minute, cold drinks before hoping on the expressway. read more

This is by far the worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. First let me start off by saying they are completely rude to the guest they don't care if you just walked in they will stand there and not acknowledge you or talk very loud on their personal phone and tell you to wait. Second they advertise you gas prices very low but at the pump it is not what they advertise, it is more by the cent. (See pictures) when I confronted him about it he said maybe the guy forgot to change the one advertised outside, I said OK I'm just letting you know. I come back next week and it's still exactly the same, False advertising! The only reason I come to this 7-Eleven is because it's near my job but from now on I will make sure I have gas before I get to my job. He is a cheap people Very disrespectful to me He shouted to me He charge to my debit card a exhorbitant amount for gasoline causing this overdraft in my account. Morning shift is the only time worth going to this store. Nighttime cashiers are incompetent and lazy. The new guy Jim is just straight up a nuisance and has convinced me to use the other store on Devon. Less of a selection, but they don't give you any trouble. The final straw was Jim refusing to break a $50 bill for a $32 purchase. Other reviews are riddled with complaints about this specific employee, yet nothing is done about it. If I could give negative stars, I would. I don't live too far from here and stop by on occasion. This place sometimes gets busy being right off the highway and having a gas station included. The other day I was in line for a small purchase. I was probably the 3rd person in line. The cashier was rude and inconsiderate to the people in front of me. His name was Rehan I believe. He was on his phone with his ear piece the whole time we stood in line. Every transaction took painstakingly long. I usually don't post but I had to since there were at least 3 of us that were complaining about his customer service. If you have to make a quick stop for something, go somewhere else. I brought to their attention that their air pump didn't work properly. The guy at the register appeared indifferent, feigning ignorance. I repeated that the metallic part that hooks onto the tire was missing the pressure gauge meter thingy which lets us know when to stop putting air in our tires. Kinda important. Help your customers! My mother went to add air to one of the tires, the air from the tire came out, thanks to your product , giving her a flat tire. She went inside to ask if it was broken, they said yes. There was no sign. My mom asked them for help with the tire and they refused! She's been there for hours waiting for help. It's so late that it can take up to two hours for road assistance ! I'm on my way to help her out. So sad that your employees can't be good Samaritans, especially when a product from your place was not working and there was no sign saying so. read more
