First off, this place is so nasty, dirty it's disgusting. Secondly, I don't think the people who work there care even one single bit. I went in today to grab some work snacks before I went next door to Subway for lunch, and the guy working was so rude. Did not even acknowledge me or the other person that was in the store. All he did was continue his phone conversation. I'm serious, he didn't even tell me how much my total was. He just looked at me and expected me to look at the register and pay. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I stopped by this morning and witnessed something truly disturbing. The store associate was barking orders at a little girl who couldn't have been more than 9 years old, sending her into the cold walk-in cooler to grab a 12-pack for some older male customers. Then, as if that weren't bad enough, she sent the same child to pack a DoorDash order. Watching an employee use a child like that was absolutely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. Children do not belong working in a store, much less in unsafe or adult environments. This needs to be addressed immediately by management and 7-Eleven corporate. read more

Everything was great the snacks were delicious very organized with snack bars and everything. Service there was only two people but the service was amazing that guy that helped up in the checkout area was really nice and on the job that day. The owner is just fucking rude. I witnessed him when an elderly customer asked him to repeat the price at checkout. He yelled at him and when the man told the owner he didn't have to be so aggressive because he was hard of hearing, the owner grabbed the coffee that he was purchasing and THREW his money back at him. I worked for this 711recently and I must say these people were the absolute worst employers you can imagine I was sexually harassed by one of my co workers more than 3 times when I told my employer they said they would pursue an investigation they then came to the conclusion that I was hit on the mid back rather than my bottom and even went to the extent of making me sign a paper explaining so ( to cover there own ass I'm Sure ) I shouldn't have signed that paper. Thinking back I should have sued not sure if I can do anything about it now. Besides that it's not a nice place to be everything is overpriced my manager would also put back EXPIRED FOOD on deli rack so be warned on that be prepared to be judged for how you look, suspected of stealing, and being watched like a prisoner. read more

This is the best 7-11 you'll find around Pomona and even into the IE. It's almost always spotless, they have everything you might need and I go for the coffee which apparently hard to make because I travelled to several 7-11s around the IE but this one always has coffee fresh brewed (unlike the others I visited) and, like I said, it's clean. No moldy, stale, smells, or sticky floors, no slurpee all over the place, no sticky cups and they're stocked up on all kinds of good stuff. They also sell alcohol and they have a wide array of tobacco products if that floats your boat. Greatest 7-11 this side of LA county in general. read more

Their atm machine is always "out of order" and their card readers are from the early 90's and do not read cards with chips and the employees working there make it seem like it's your fault. This is a great 7-11! Located right next to subway. Really cool because it's right down the street from the fairgrounds and Ganesha park. The coffee is always fresh, and the coffee creamers are separated into neat boxes not on that round thing most 7-11s have. The store is always super clean, during lunchtime the soda machine can get messy but it makes sense since it is always busy. If there's a line it goes by really quick. They have a HUGE selection of cigarettes, blunts, and chewing tobacco. Really like this 7-11 because there is a lot of variety of stuff and pretty much carry everything from coffee to toilet paper ! read more

Very friendly staff and cashiers. Generally fast service with a serving of courtesy. There's a Subway next door to this location so it's perfect if you want to order food at Subway and then head over to 7-Eleven for some cheaper drinks, chips etc. This location offers the same things most do including some alcoholic beverages such as beer and grocery items as well.
