The service at this location is complete trash , came here for the last time after i tried pumping gas, after noticing that NO gas came out after $11 , i went inside to go advise nicely and the workers told me "that pump does that often" .. so why not close the pump ? This 7-11 is close to the freeway and is on (the Main Street) Temple which makes it convenient. However, the issue is the service at this location. The only reason I go there is because my kids like the Slurpees. Every time I go it's a different price so I'm confused on the price and if they are charging me correctly. The most recent visit I decided to keep the receipt so I could compare the various prices to see which one is correct. The lady cashier ran me up and before I can say where is my receipt, she was done. I found that odd that she was in such a hurry to rush me out and didn't offer a receipt like most legit stores. When I asked for the receipt, she all of a sudden said that my transaction didn't go through and needed to charge my credit card again. She ran me up and again the price became different for the same Slurpees she just rang 15 seconds ago.. I felt this experience to be very suspicious so log into my credit card account and saw two transactions at 7-11! So I had to go back in and ask for a refund. All I have to say is Buyer Beware.. also on another trip, I had a bunch of 7-11 points from prior purchases so I decided to get some "free" donuts. Turns out I grab the wrong one and the cashier wants me to pay for it. I apologize and ask which one was the correct one? He smirks and says he doesn't know and he can only go by what the cash register rings up. Such BS, why have a rewards program if you don't want to give out the stuff.. Watch out if you cash in your lottery tickets here. I scanned them myself at one end of the counter and I had a $5, $3, and a $2 dollar winner. I took them to the cashier on the other side of the register and he said I had $5. I asked him how much he said $5.00 so I asked him twice and he said $5. Anil and the other Indian guy are by far the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I have came here on 2 different occasions and they have always been very aggressive and belittling to me each time. Anil was by far the rudest today when I decided to take in my scratcher as he yells at me saying he needs the barcode and I didn't know where to find it. He continues to scream at me. Literally the ticket was only worth 3 dollars. I would have rather took the loss then to be treated the way he treated me. I can't believe he has a job because there's no way he can continue to treat people like this and still be employed unless he is friends with the owner or is the owner. I will never return. This place was an absolute nightmare. I went in to just fuel up my car, but the machine was not working. I went in THREE times before they actually came out to see. They were so insulting to me before they even evaluated the problem. Every time I went in for help, it was just so offensive. I have never experienced such an attitude and rudeness towards someone just asking for help. Please don't come here. You deserve to be treated like a human being with integrity and you won't get that here. Apart from the offensiveness and rudeness of their comments to me, their machines are also cheap, old, outdated, and unconventional. (Much like the owners, I think). I think the pump I was using "snapped" like 8 times in 5 seconds; it was so crappy. Why did they not just help and keep their rudeness to themselves? I'm not sure. I can't decide between incompetence, ignorance, stupidity, or high-mindedness. In any case, you deserve better. So, do yourself a favor and just go across the street if you need to fuel up; there's another gas station there. read more

Not only is it easily accessible from the freeway, but it's the ONLY place that I know that will let you purchase Lottery tix with a debit card; Everywhere else makes you pay cash. Freeway accessible to the 57 on the main blvd. This gas station use to be a Valero station and it just got converted to a more brand familiar name with 76 Conoco Phillips. A 7-Eleven also went in where the food mart was too. The other positive is the gas prices are, on the average, a couple of cents cheaper than what's prevailing in the neighborhood. It's 2 cents per gallon cheaper than the Shell station next door. A 7-11 is nice to have, but I don't do any "convenient shopping" at these places - the prices are too high. Every once in a while, I'll try myself to a Slurpee, though! I didn't check, but Citibank ATMs are in a lot of 7-Elevens now so if you bank with Citibank, then no fees for cash withdrawls. read more

Be careful when you come to this gas station/ convenient store. They try to rip you off. Not sure if it's done purposely, but how can this happen. I bought gas and my total came too $34.13 but had to get a receipt from inside. When I went in they said my transaction was $60 and I said no, the pump says $34.13 and I did the math for how many gallons I got and it matched. They couldn't print me my receipt so he just printed a bunch of others and asked which one I want. I took one that was close just so I can show/prove I was there for work purposes. Later I happened to look at my statement and they charged me $48.20. So made a trip down there and they told me I had to come back and talk to manager. They refused to call him that night. So I had to make a third trip in the morning and he was giving every excuse possible. He finally gave me cash back to make up difference. Make sure they charge you what it shows on pump. read more

I stopped here after a hard day at work to pick a 6 pack of White claw, when I got to my destination I popped one open and took a sip and it was totally flat. I took the whole 6 pack back expecting either a refund or a replacement and the employee refused to help me, I never heard of such a thing I have sent back flat soda or beer and always been compensated in restaurants. I asked him to call his manager and he refused. I believe he most have been afraid because the manager and or owner walked in and at first I felt relieved because I thought I'd finally get this resolved. Instead he started screaming at me that it's a state law they can not replace the product. I believe that's up to the discretion of the owner, and as the other reviews already mentioned these people are greedy and rip their customers off. There is another 711 a mile down the road on Diamond Bar Blvd. You will get great customer service there! read more

The car wash is the worst. I don't know if it was defective today. I had to go to the cashier and ask for a "reset". The machine worked, but I suspect the rollers were not working today. Car was still covered with soap after all was done. I went next to the Shell next door to rinse the soap off. Don't waste your money on the car wash. They used to have a really good car wash and they tried to promote it. $0.20 off each gallon of gas if you got a wash along with it. Then it was $0.10 and now it's nothing. Oh, they still have the signs up indicating that you'll get the discount but you won't. Also, if you don't immediately use your car wash code on the same visit (you know, like if you wanted the discount on the gas but don't have time for the wash) the code will not work when you retturn. This has happened several times now. I'm assuming the machine must need to get reset all the time and it erases all the codes given out previously. Honesty I don't know and I don't care but if you try to use your code at a later date there is 90% chance it won't work and you'll have to talk to someone to get a new one. Ok, not a big hassle except the employees make you feel like a criminal for asking for something that you've paid $10 for. Every time I need a code that actually works these employees treat me like I've got a car washing scam going on. Even though they know that piece of crap machine needs to be reset every day and they see me on average 3 times a week getting gas and other goods at the store. This last time they told me that they would not give me a code that worked, insisted that I had already used the code and told me to come back and talk to a manager another day. I plan to go back, get my refund and give my hundreds of dollars a month that I spend in gas and goods to someplace that doesn't treat me like a criminal. read more

There's a sign in front of the station indicating two gas prices. One price for just purchasing gas, the other is a discounted price if you purchase a car wash. The first time I used the car wash, I noticed my discount wasn't on the receipt. I went into the store and the manager begrudgingly refunded the discount. I thought it was a one-time error. Fast forward the next time I went for a fill up and car wash, the amount was not deducted again at the pump. When I asked for the refund, the lady behind the counter insisted I received the discount. I had the receipt AND showed her on a calculator that it wasn't given. She passes me off to another guy, who insisted I got the discount. Um, no. I didn't. When I said they were falsely advertising their gas prices, he asked why I was making a big deal over a couple of cents. He said he couldn't refund my money. First off, this 7-11 is alot safer than the other 7-11s in pomona. The other ones are full of druggies nd gang bangers. The night workers here are very rude. I come here alot to buy beer and cigs. They usually ID me, even though they recognize me. On a few occasions they wont ask for ID, then on my next visit they would ask. When I dont have my ID ready, they give me an attitude. They even ask for my ID when I buy lotto scratchers at times. Theres a worker here that looks like Freddie Roach (famous boxing coach/trainer). He gets mad when u cant decide on which scratcher you want, and at times will give u a random one just so you can finish and pay. Bought a few 32oz bottles here once, they put them all in 1 bag. I asked them to double bag it, and I guess thats a 25cent charge. Like come on bro, I just bought like 14$ worth of beer. I didnt have change and didnt wanna break a 20$ bill. I just carried the bag to the car looking like an alcoholic, hugging his beer. Theres a female worker here, usually see her in the mornings. There was an advertisement here, it was buy two 20$ scratchers and you get a free shirt. Me and my friend decided to buy one each, and she gave us a shirt. We expected to both get a shirt, but we misread the poster. She ended up giving us another shirt. So those 2 stars are for her!! read more

I never had an issue with the car wash rewards program the have here. I had a free car wash today I believe you buy 6 car washes and the next one is free. They always give me a new card once I finish the old card. The worker today didn't catch his name Feb 3rd 8:30am refuse to replace my card and the free drink the offer with car wash which is a really nice thing they offer. The other employees I have encountered are very nice and cooperative, I have no idea what this employee was going threw. The owner of this place is rude. I deliver through Postmates and had an order there of several drinks. The customer didn't pay it ahead of time but I have a card they issued to me to use for these orders. The guy refused to let me pay with the card(he didn't want to input the payment as credit). He kept telling me the card I had only worked for gas and I tried explaining to him that we don't deliver gas so it would work. After about a minute of calm back and forth I just explained to him that I'm going to just cancel out the order. It was at this moment he started screaming and cussing at me. Telling me that I'm wasting his money and I told him sorry but all I do is deliver food. He refused to listen and belittled me and my job. There were other customers there and they tried to say something to him but he started telling the other customer to F*** off and leave. The cashier looked uncomfortable and scared of the guy. Ultimately I just shrugged at him and left. I had work to do. The place was clean but under stocked. If you're swinging by this place just be careful of this guy. read more

This has to be one of the WORST 7-Eleven I have been to!! Came in during lunch to get some Hot Cheetos with cheese which I ALWAYS get that and PAY 1.00 dollar extra for the Cheese no problem!! Manager ANDY is the worst!! He has NO customer service experience!! He had the guts to tell me in front of other customers that cheese is not free (which I knew) and then started saying that cheese is so expensive it should be 4 dollars extra! I found a few lotto scratchers on the ground near my work that had only been partially scratched off, so I finished them and found that 3 of them were winners (value of about $10 total). I took them in to this 7/11 and handed them to the person at the counter. He said he didn't have time to check all of them and to make sure they had won (there were two cashiers and 3 customers, including me.) Whatever, I just give him one and pointed out the matching numbers that made the card a winner. He goes to scan it and it doesn't work. I don't know why it didn't work, perhaps someone had redeemed it somehow already, or maybe the barcode was damaged. When he gave it back to me, he told me "Don't try to give me those fake ones" while glaring at me. I don't care about the scratchers, I didn't buy them so its no loss to me. Being rude as hell and treating me like a criminal, however, is unacceptable. Don't go here, go to the gas station next door or the one a quarter of a mile away. read more
