This gas station is in a really convenient location, right on Atlantic and Ramblewood Drive. It is tucked right next to a neighborhood, which makes it especially convenient for me since our friends live nearby and we have weekly dinners in the area. I go here all the time, and the gas station is always well-lit, even late at night, which I appreciate. It is also open late and has a drive-through car wash. The car wash is great! They offer three different options, ranging from a basic wash to a premium wash, with the highest option costing $16. For a drive-through car wash, I think it does a very good job and is a convenient option when I'm already stopping for gas. This was a great 7-11 location. Stopped in for a moment to get some gas and grab a bite to eat before continuing on to my next job site. I was greeted promptly by the friendly staff, and when I stepped in to wash my hands, the place was clean. Outside in the parking lot at the gas pump. Everything was also clean and well kept. The food I got was fresh and I had an overall great customer service experience . If you are in need of either, I would highly advise that you stop in. The staff the owner I get up early in the morning to go to work and there is always an issue with the staff not all the staff just one, Jason who works over night is great he talks and is friendly when I see him I know it's going to be a good day, there is another gentleman I don't know his name has long he is professional and on point, but every time they have someone cover there shift with this other guy, it goes to crap long lines or has people hanging out when they don't work there, one morning this past Friday I was heading to work stopped in to get my energy drinks for the day and a guy who does not work there says the store is closed, you can't do that to people then to find out the guy who was not working who always had a problem just left and did not call the owner I had fine a place to get my morning boost and I was 25 mins late to work we depend on 7-11 for years the owner needs to fire and put his employees in check in my job if I did that I would be fired this same employee gets special treatment because he has a problem and he needs to be fired and I'm not the only one upset about this I'm the only one with the guts to say something maybe this guy's needs to stay off the drinking while at him and his friends that hangout for God's this 7-11 is near Ramble Wood middle school there are kids read more

From someone who has seen their fair share of 7/11 stores, this store on Atlantic next to Ramblewood Middle school is one of the best run cleanest 7/11 i have ever had the pleasure to shop at. The store manager "Yango" is the only reason this store is so appealing. He's dedicated to keeping his store clean and efficient. He hires the right people to do a rather difficult job. Came by for the car wash.... no dirty vehicles! This appears to be a good car wash and a fairly good deal at $8.00. No known history of car dings, adjusts to pick-up truck and only takes a few minutes. By the time we were finished, the line had formed. read more

This is a slightly compact for a 7-11, but I've been coming here for almost 2 decades and it's time to review it. I don't blame them completely for their service. It's not too bad but of course it's not 5-star service. I've seen it change ownership a few times. Right now it's at it's best, which is a notch above average. I blame the customers for their service more than I do their workers. This establishment is located wedged between a middle school, slightly under average neighborhoods, and average neighborhoods. They're still busy even though the closest highway is about 15 minutes away. They've had way worse customer service in the past who would lock the doors and watch movies while you rang the doorbell, and eventually 15+ minutes later come and unlock the door just to tell you they can't ring you up because they've counted the drawer already and you can't buy anything. It wasn't 7-11 back then, but right now it's an A-OK 7-11. They're always stocked with food. I always binge buy here because why buy a $1.99 hot dog when you can add a penny for a combo including a drink. Why buy a bag of chips for $1.79 when it's $2 for 2. I usually only want one but end up buying two after some simple mental math means the 2nd one is free for just additional cents. I agree mostly with the previous review, however I still trust their food that isn't pre-packaged. Their hot food by the register is usually pretty good for a 7-11. It can get busy at times, yet they'll still have most things in stock. Their gas prices are pretty good or lower than most stations nearby. I wouldn't recommend anyone to travel out of their way to come here, but if ever you have to stop in it'll probably an average 7-11 experience or better. read more

Disgusting behavior from an employee on the 19 Jan 19 at 1000pm. Asked what their return policy was, the black/tall/female worker said "you open it, you can't get your money back" i insisted that is not the policy and she sighed real deep and said "yes it is." She then signed and rolled her eyes again, i didn't make a big deal about it because there were a lot of people in line and it was late and i didn't feel like giving her a piece of my mind, although i really wanted to. Oh and she was talking on her cell phone before and after the sale. Handed me the receipt, no thank you, no have a nice night, no nothing, just "next!" rude and vile human being, disgusting and does not need to be in a customer service company. No name tag neither. I came here specifically to wash my car on Veterans Day. I called ahead to make sure that it was indeed free so I wouldn't have to come here unnecessarily but no one answered the phone. I get here and the lazy worker half yawning and on his phone said there was no wash for free and that I was not the first person to ask today. He went on to say that the company had not told him anything so he can not give free washes. I asked him to please call his manager and he said " he is not answering his phone" I said well why aren't you answering your phone? I called ahead and no answer? He said oh it was sooooo busy that I couldn't because I was by myself. Ok ummm this guy literally yawned and stretched in front of me like he had the most boring last few hours of his life! I have never seen an Indian man sooooo lazy in my life! Every one and my friends are so hard working that he should be embarrassed! I would find a replacement asap cuz this guy is the worst! I will never come here again and post to all my local friends and family to avoid this place! He didn't even try to get info for the Veterans that have been coming by all morning apparently!
