Excellent experience today for our first time at About a Cup! This place had people seated at almost every table eating and having their coffees/teas. We decided to grab a bite and eat in. I'm assuming it's the owner who took care of us. Very nice and quick. We got a hot vanilla latte, a matcha latte with vanilla cold foam (lightly sweetened), and two bacon, egg, and cheese croissants. They make your food to order and bring it to your table. The sandwiches were hot and delicious. Now, onto the drinks. It's very challenging to find good quality matcha out in the wild. This latte was one of the best I've had out and about. It comes unsweetened, and before I mixed the cold foam in, I was able to just taste the matcha with the almond milk. It actually tasted like matcha, unlike most places. The cold foam was delicious and lightly sweetened just like I asked for. My husband loved his vanilla latte and the foam art on it was beautiful. It was a bit over $50 for the two of us with a tip, but for me I'd rather pay that and actually get food and drinks I ENJOY, instead of the mediocre at best stuff a lot of places serve up. The staff was really nice and kind to my first time being there and helped me pick out my drink. The coffee is excellent. You can really taste the strength of the coffee. They syrup of flavors are not over powering or sweet. And it doesn't completely taste like a cup of milk - if you know what I'm saying. They actually have alternative milk - I am an oat-girlie. I'm also a basic coffee girlie so I got the Salted Caramel iced latte with oat milk and I held the cold foam (because that has dairy). And it was a wonderful mid-day pick up. They also have cinnamon powder to add on top on the side if you forget to order it. There are plenty of seating options inside and outside. It is in a busy plaza but that's Coral Springs. This place is by far my favorite local coffee shop. They recently changed their name from Felicitas to About a Cup. The stuffed croissants are amazing! They are pricey at around $7 but worth every penny. I always get the almond and my husband gets the pistachio. They use monin brand flavors and have a nice variety of coffees. Cold brew, espresso, pour over etc. They have also started doing more fun stuff like pink caramel cold foam and ube lattes. The employees are always polite and bring what you order to your table. No diaper changing stations in the bathrooms, but the bathrooms are clean. On weekends their outdoor seating fills up fast (they only have 4 tables) so be aware if you plan to bring your pup that you may have to change plans and get it to go read more

Felicitas coffee feels local, friendly, the place you wanna hang out with friends and family on a chill afternoon. Their food is varied with pastries, sandwiches, and other foods.
