When I went to pay, I asked for a bag, the male cashier told me he didn't have any bags, although there was a stack of about 100 bags sitting right on the counter next to him. I asked him about the bags and he said they were for Pick up orders only DoorDash etc.. I left all the stuff on the counter and told him he could keep it! I was willing to pay for the bag, as I was walking out of the door. He began telling me OK I'll give you a bag, by then it was too late, real-real poor service.. No more 7-11 for me ......

No worries later, about 12 trips later and the ice was loaded into the back of my car and en route to this destination. I later had to come back here in order to fill up my gas tank for my two hour drive back to San Diego and hey, no complaints with the gas side of things either. Long story short, this gas station will give you just what your looking for when it comes to gas or ice... oh, and just about every person that walked through the door got a fountain soda. So yeah, you can get that too.

I have only been here one time. Extremely very rude, arrogant biased bad customer service. The employee gives the , 7-Eleven Corporation a very bad name. He appeared to have a very strong accent as though he was from India ? A very nice customer paid for a sub sandwich . The at will employee was very reluctant to allowing the very nice customer from using the micro wave to heat the sub sandwich. Why? He was afraid the sub sandwich be over heated and dirty the micro wave. This is ridiculous .. The micro wave is there for paying customers to use. If they follow the directions they will not over heat anything. If it gets dirty the , 7- Eleven at will employees can stop being very lazy and just clean it. The employee does not smile. He has a very angry , constipated look. Some people believe in certain cultures they are not allowed to use : Ex Lax for excessive bloating and constipation. Rather they use muscle tightening techniques. As they stand. This might be the reason they have that very strict restricted look. Why? If they have the proper dedicated discipline to tighten all their muscles this might prevent them from breaking wind in public. So they can fly back to India and hopefully get a public ceremonial enema. Started by the wonderful peace maker and hero: Mahatma Gandhi. After the public enema they sing songs. Clap hands ,balloons. Awards for those that had the fastest public enema. The awards for slowest public enema. Speeches are given. How does it feel to finally have relief, from constipation? This might be the reason some of the wonderful at will employees that work at 7-Eleven do not smile. The ones from India are doing their best not to break wind in public. That's why they have the very strict restricted , very up tight look. They are doing their best not to break wind in public. So they can save their money to fly back to India and get the proper public enema. This takes years of dedication and discipline. Its believed to use over the counter Ex Lax for relief is a sign of weakness. Now we know why they have the very strict restricted look. I must admit I do respect others cultures. However ; I always thought employees working at 7-Eleven are suppose to have excellent public relation skills. With a big pretty smile ? Plus to be very nice and pleasant to paying customers? This place doesnt even deserve one star went in and bought ice cream it said buy one get one free the owner tried charging me for both and when I told him it was Bogo he said no no and mumbled I told him hell no the sign says bogo he still said no I cant take it out of the register now he then walked over to the ice cream took the bogo sign down literally showed it to me in his hand and STILL said no it's not bogo so of course he kept his ice cream and I wont be back to this disgusting store read more

Only saving grace is the ample parking here.
