no bathrooms for customers area very iffy already ... go across the street to mc donalds. dont bother going to shell, arco, chevron, or circle k they will either tell you the bathrooms are out of service or they dont have them but according to the city hall of highland there suppose to supply restroom for there customers so go figure that. read more

There was a special going on two pieces of pizza for 250+ add a big gulp for $.49 I ordered two pieces of pizza but the gentleman at the register only gave me one and then when I went to go get napkins I looked inside the box thinking that both two were stacked on top of each other then I walked immediately back up to the register and said I wanted two pieces of pizza and I pointed at the deal because obviously his English was not that great And he said he couldn't do anything because he already rang it up I go can I return this no you can't return food. As it was your mistake he goes no you ordered one piece I said no I ordered two he says if you order two I would've given you two boxes I said you didn't here anyways worst customer service will never ever ever be back!!! Certainly preferred location especially due to the payment system intermingled with these stores a Payment system known as "Pay Near Me". The night manager has been the Only individual willing to accept a payment after sunset. All other nearby stores in Redlands/Loma Linda/San Bernardino area have simply refused to accept payments until after sunrise. Sometime I must pay my rent payment and it must get into my property owners email/cel phone BEFORE is work day begins! This is the worst service I've ever had. I went in and there were a group of men huddled by the cash register. I asked for a medium cup and the man started shouting at me that he didn't have any medium cups. Then the men started glaring and shouting for no reason. I felt threatened and left. Shame on you. Bad customer service. I wanted my declined Receipt and cashier said that I am not entitled to it. I asked him several times please let me have it and he said no and then he started screaming at me that if I wanna buy something to hurry up. I asked him for the receipt one more time And he said no with a loud voice I felt threatened and best customer service. The guy that works here (probably the owner) always tries to charge extra fees on top of the actual price without the customer knowing. I asked him why he was charging me extra and he couldn't think of a lie so he just stuttered like some moron. I left and took my business elsewhere. This particular 7-11 is horrible. From the attitudes that range, from nonchalant to extremely rude, to the availability of promotional items. I know some of these are franchised but don't bring your subpar service to our areas and then treat us disrespectfully, while you take our money. Singh the with short hair I think there two Singh's , is a total a hole first of all he doesn't speak up, can't understand a word he says and he does not let you use your points or rewards he cancels before you can even click. He is rude and will yell at you and he is late most of the time in the morning or blocks the doors with cones making it seem it is closed. read more
