And she even comp'ed them topping: so generous! The Franken Frap (circa 2015) at Redlands Sbucks near Target is a matcha frap with java chips and a shot of espresso, if my memory is correct. I have been going to this Starbucks for over 5 years, and it has declined over the years. They used to make small mistakes like wrong milk or wrong size, but now they make a mistake with every single mobile order and they take at least 5 minutes longer than the other Starbucks down the street on Mountain View. They have unreasonably long waits, wrong drinks, and burnt food. Needs better management. Recommend driving 5 minutes down the street to Mountain View instead. Only saving grace is the ample parking here. read more

I had a bad experience at this Starbucks. I went through the drive thru but when I left the window I realized I forgot a drink so I placed it on the app. I parked and went inside for the drink. The employee very nicely asked if my order was ok since I had just left the drive thru I said yes just forgot a drink but I placed it on the app and waited. Then another employee suddenly said "you know what I hate when customers order on the app and then walk in 1min later... The other employee then responded with "no what I hate is when they order on the app and then go through the drive thru 1min later" both complaining right in front of me of something I had just done. Mind you they were not busy nor was I rushing them, I was just waiting. I asked to speak to the supervisor and asked for the first employees name but she covered her name tag with her hand so I wouldn't be able to see her name. But I had seen it "Keara" I was told by a 3rd employee that there was no manager on site but she conveniently didn't mention there was a supervisor on shift. When the supervisor walked from the back and asked what was going on. I didn't catch her name but she was very nice heard what I had to say and apologized for the 2 employees behavior. They can complain about customers just dont do it in front of them, thats not great customer service. Will definitely not be back to this Starbucks! read more

My daughter picked up my drink for me this morning. It was supposed to be an iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso. Drink was packed to the top with ice and was literally brown water with no milk or flavor. I took the drink back and asked them to please remake it and barista (tall blonde girl) wanted to argue that that's the amount of ice that comes with it, that it's only supposed to be a splash of milk with that amount of ice and if she remakes it, there will be a lot less coffee (or brown water?) in my drink... Blah blah blah... I literally order this drink 5 times a week so I think I should know what the "recipe" is supposed to be. It is always at this location that I ever have a problem which is unfortunate because it's so close to my house. Please teach your employees not to argue with customers that pay $7 for a coffee and are not willing to accept an overflowing cup of ice with brown water. I'm done with this location and finally after arguing that if she remakes my coffee that it'll only be about half full, I asked for a refund. Wish they could get a decent manager. The baristas here are friendly and work fast. I always mobile order and my drink is ready within a few minutes. I just wish there was a standard for making drinks instead of "eyeballing" it. The drinks can vary from barista to barista; extra cold foam with one, may be regular cold foam for another. I wish the app had an option to add things like that on the side. Some days my drink is perfect, and other days it's either too sweet or not sweet enough. The baristas are nice about giving me extra cold foam on the side if it doesn't look right when I come in, though. Thanks, guys! read more

There are some deeply unpleasant managers, as well as a couple of regular employees who really go out of their way to make the experience unenjoyable. Service! Ugh! Attitude from drive thru at 9am because they were 'down a person'. I didnt order attitude... and I wont be back to this location after coming to it for years! As the customer, I did nothing wrong. I repeated my order, I waited in drive thru line, I was patient, I was respectful. But the drive thru person was rude, disrespectful and gave a huge attitude. I hate leaving poor reviews but I felt like I had to leave this one because it's not the first time it has happened. I received my drink today and it was NOWHERE near being full. I order a tall cold brew but request it in a grande cup because I also pay extra for the cold foam on top. I get a grande cup so that they don't dump out any of the tall coffee that I PAY FOR to fit the cold foam that I also PAY FOR. All I want is the proper amount of both items I am paying for, so I request a grande cup. I am in no way trying to rip them off so I would appreciated if they don't rip me off either, aside from my one small coffee being close to $6. So, to whoever made mobile order drinks on 8/7/23 around 0800am, please stop shorting people on what they pay for, it's not like it's coming out of your paycheck. In the photos, I hadn't even had a drink, and you can tell it's only two sips of coffee, MUCH less than what a tall would be. The cold foam doesn't even TOUCH the lid. This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area. They're always busy, but they have a very fast based service. Staff is great and do very good job making sure their customers like the drinks.
