This store has absolutely no problem yelling (full volume) at a 6 year old autistic girl. To be clear, she was skipping down an isle with her teenage brother and wasn't touching/harming any merchandise. We, as a family, have been very patient when the pharmacy has been out of medications for months at a time (apparently due to supply issues) but I draw the line at any store manager who can verbally abuse a child with special needs. Last night I went to the emergency room with and found out I had a urinary tract infection. I was given an antibiotic shot and told by the doctor I needed to continue my antibiotics for them to work. Today I went to get my antiobotics and was told they were out of stock and to visit the other counter. When I spoke to the woman at the other counter she said she wasn't finished stocking the shelves and I may not get my antibiotics until tomorrow. I'm in a lot pain and am concerned I won't get better. Could someone at this CVS location look into this issue. This doesn't seem right. Heads up for anyone planning on coming here to take their passport photos... they're only available to take passport photos after 1:30pm. They open at 7am, which is very early, however, they won't be available to take photos until after 1:30pm which is ridiculous! I called well in advance and they said they would be available. So I called the day of again just to confirm and they said they're not available until after 1:30, but I have an appointment to get my passport at 12:30pm. They're very unreliable! read more

I really only go to CVS when I get photos printed for my scrapbook. I think the photo service is pretty convenient although basic. I'm able to order my prints online, and just pop into the store to pick them up. I like the convenience. Once in a while, I need to use the pharmacy and that experience usually goes pretty smoothly as well. I would probably be even more excited about the photo stuff if there were more editing options that I could control online before printing. read more

Zero stars after recent experiences, Sad to express the factual truth. Pharmacists in charge: Jigisha Tanna took my phone call yesterday, May 1st. Once I identified myself... She hung up my call while seeking customer service. (3 years ago after my 3rd spinal surgery, pains were ASTRONOMICAL after implant 5cm electro-stimulation device had to be removed 7 months after implant due to multiple physician's neglect... since 'stimulation device' was implanted INSIDE 'dura space' of center part of spinal column, resulting pain was unexpected and unbelievably painful! Just imagine a 2 inch screw being YANKED OUT 7 months after scar tissue formed from within your nose. Pain management expert increased opioid medications 40 percent due to out of this world torturous pains. Such increase in pain meds aggravated medication induced opioid disorder, a severely disabling condition. Each refill required a phone call to pharmacist prior to refill. I learned CVS is a pharmacy 'training ground' for many unpredictable and unprofessional staff. Requesting a pharmacist name, after repeated unprofessional calls including "repeatedly hanging up" or otherwise refusal of professionalism. Despite refill of opioid medication has a requirement to speak with licensed pharmacist only. Repeated unprofessional reactions, disregarding actively dispensed historical medications or any potential side effects had repeatedly been overlooked, or disregarded.) When I called back, suspecting a technical glitch or something accidental, answering pharmacist Kelly said: "I'm sorry for your experience", then my call was transferred to someone other than Supervising Jigisha Tanna' pharmacy manager; she never spoke with me. She can certainly expect complaints about her lack of professionalism and lack of consideration for customer service by at least California's 'Board of Pharmacology', and otherwise. 'Month to month or visit to visit medication refill experiences have mostly been pleasant and uncommonly: Uncomfortable and frustrating experiences. Despite those bad experiences that have been uncommon as this location, as a customer for about 4 years of my 14 years as a CVS customer. Those uncommon and rare: Truthfully bad and unexpected severely demeaning experiences have been uncommon yet beyond 'very uncomfortable experiences' with pharmacy staff who lash out their "anger from their frustration from the 'LONG...endless day' and sadly also their immediate management, Pharmacy manager Jigisha Tanna who herself lashes out from her overall workday experiences and it apparently seems obvious she instructs her staff that zero professionalism or thoughtful or respectful consideration ought to be considered when interacting with their longtime customers... never want to give them a chance to mistreat me again. Staff is seemingly poorly trained on how to use their equipment with a Federal government issued ID; their staff has in over 95% of other experiences been helpful and why I kept my business for years with them. HOWEVER; when they intentionally, choose, to be abrasive. It's like a FULL-on Demonic experience: when they deliberately choose to be reactive it's like dealing with the worst! Completely demeaning and outright condescending. Their hours have changed, yet they randomly close anyway, due to staffing... I guess. I suppose it's getting more difficult to keep quality staff. One excellent Pharmacists with Superb Customer service told me goodbye a few months ago, that his request for a transfer closer to his home in Irvine had been approved. Absolutely horrific customer service at this pharmacy for both the patients and the doctors. Prescriptions are routinely not filled when the doctor has left a message for the pharmacist and the pharmacists typically does not answer the phone at all. In fact, the pharmacy is so awful that they somehow switched my phone number with my doctors phone number and were evidently calling and texting him about picking up the order that he called in for me! My latest order states online that it was ordered and picked up on November 26, 2024. It was ordered on that date but I did not pick it up. When I did go to get my order after the Thanksgiving Holiday the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude and told me that they couldn't get a hold of my doctor to discuss the prescription he has written for me for almost 20 years and it appears that they felt my doctor should be giving me a different prescription. The nerve of the pharmacists telling the doctor what he should be giving me for a prescription that I have had for almost 20 years that works just fine! In the end this CVS just told me that "they couldn't help me here". That is fine, I will go to Walmart for my pharmaceutical needs. Never again! read more

Transferred pharmacies when the Tri City Center store closed. I was shocked at the difference in the way this CVS pharmacy treats customers. I have a few medications that I have been taking for years. The first time I went in I was told that some of my meds were out of stock. Month after month it was the same story until I realized they were not being truthful. I was not able to fill prescriptions for important asthma inhalers for months creating a dangerous situation for me. Corporate management staff that I spoke to was very nice but in the end was just as dishonest as staff. They placated me but nothing they promised came to pass. Took my business and money to another local pharmacy and never looked back. CVS pharmacy staff doesn't seem to understand that people need their medications. No one's health is worth the convenience of going to a nearby pharmacy when the pharmacist is willing to play games with people. I had to come here early Tuesday morning around 3am because my younger sister had just been released from the ER. My poor sis had a severe case of gastroenteritis. She was given a prescription for anti-nausea/vomit medication. Beware the pharmacy is closed for thirty minutes for the pharmacist to have lunch. Then the computers reboot for approximately twenty five minutes after he returns. While I waited, the two night shift employees Jose and Chris were delightful company. These polite and friendly gentlemen took time to reassure me this was a safe location and it would be a quiet night as I waited for the pharmacy to be operational. I was concerned about rough people coming in and causing trouble but Jose and Chris said Monday and Tuesday mornings are the best time for waiting. Once the pharmacist came back from lunch he apologized for my waiting. He also filled my sister's prescription FAST. He even remembered her name and apologized again for the wait. This is the best 24hour pharmacy, because of employees like Jose, Chris and the pharmacist. They were great company to have. read more

I needed to buy diabetic socks for my mom and I didn't know I needed to measure her calf beforehand. We have similar bodies so I just use my calf as a reference, but I needed a tape measure. I kind of dreaded having to purchase it, but shout out to i'dayls (not sure how to spell) for going above and beyond to walk around the store to find me one so I didn't have to purchase one. She also let me know that there were no returns on that item before hand so just in case I had to come back later and return it I wouldn't be surprised about the policy on the diabetic socks. overall appreciated a warm smile and friendly customer service. read more

They do have a decent public bathroom/s but it is all the way to the back of the store. They do have good deals on the booze but with my luck, I stormed, in when I was about to go camping. My experiences at the Redlands Mall location have always been excellent. They hustle to keep the lines down so customers can quickly pick up their prescriptions. The pharmacist helped me transfer my mother's medications to their location; since her medication is an opiate, it needed to be handled in a specific way. Yikes, this CVS is close to the cute Downtown Redlands area and its just run down and dirty. I ran in to grab a water and a quick bathroom run before I drove back home and the restrooms were for customers only which I can understand but the restrooms were super rundown and I can almost compare it to a gas station. Thats a big no for me so I ended up not using the restroom because it grossed me out. The only pro and this is a stretch is that the parking lot is a good size. I guess I was expecting CVS to mirror the cute establishments across the street but it really needs some TLC or a bulldozer for them to start over. Sadness. read more

CVS Redlands Mall is really a ho-hum of a full service pharmacy. First off, it's the only remaining functioning store attached to the now defunct Redlands Mall. That being said, being open 24 hrs does have some down sides. Many homeless have taken a liking to the empty areas around the mall and CVS itself. Also truant kids make it a hang out. It's evidenced by the restroom being locked and even so, it's utterly disgusting when it's been needed. It just shows lack of pride for the workplace whether the employees use it or they have their own restroom. I guess this can be taken either way, however, whenever entering the store there is an employee that nearly yells "Welcome to CVS". It's spooked my wife a time or two. They've made it obvious they are keeping an eye on everyone that enters. I'm sure it's for safety and to deter those planning on shoplifting. Now the lines (no matter the time) at the Pharmacy are always long. They have 3-4 registers and at the most 2 of these registers are utilized at any given time. Perhaps that's the price you pay to be able to pick up your meds in the middle of the night. I don't know how many times I've had a prescription called in or I've been late to pick up a prescription at other pharmacy's and I've either had to wait until the morning or even till Monday to get the medication. Now to more positive marks. This CVS is huge! It has a Home Medical Section for those needing a commode, crutches, and many other adaptive devices that would otherwise come from a Medical Supply Store. Their shelves are rarely empty of much of anything. From beauty products to food items, you can get what you need...24 hours a day! read more

After a current surgery/ hospitalization I had Dr call in pain medication to CVS only because it was on drive home- stopped using them years ago after have errors in their part sending me home with someone else's heart medications instead of my child's allergy meds... Giving them enough time to fill prescription I went to pick up asking them specifically for my husbands pain medication that was electronically sent hours before- they told me only orders they got were for low dose aspirin and another BP medication. I again asked for the medication by name, they got the pharmacist to come talk to me who tried to tell me the low dose aspirin was the pain medication went back to hospital to get my one and reported pain meds was called in. They immediately got through to pharmacist who she placed the pain meds on hold because it wasn't covered by insurance!!! She could have mentioned this when I specifically asked for it multiple times at the pharmacy! Had to drive back to pick it up to bring it back to hospital to prove I had medication in hand to have my husband discharged home. Never again- would have been better off driving to an out of the way pharmacy and paying for medication the time instead of being told several times doctor must have forgotten to prescribe it. Excellent pharmacy staff, cordial and honest. This pharmacy is located in the old Redlands Mall and has sketchy individuals lurking throughout the day. I steer clear of it in the evenings. Parking here is a absolute nightmare. Especially during Market Night on Thursday's during the summer and high school graduations. Despite the lack of proper parking, lightning and security, during the day time it's perfect and the ONLY 24 hour pharmacy in town. Be courteous to your pharmacy technicians and pharmacist. If you have no coverage they'll get you on a discount plan. Ask kindly and be respectful. Wait times on the phone vary and can get frustrating. Patience is key, friends. 5 stars for professional staff, one star for parking and safety. read more
