My husband gets the peach black tea at 50% and says it's so good. Each time we order the staff has been quick and friendly. Sometimes there is only one person, so you may have to wait about 15-20 minutes if there's a few people ahead of you. That is a reasonable amount of time given one person is working by themselves. They usually have music playing and the store is kept clean. We look forward to each visit!

It was not as smooth and silky as others I have had. The flavor of the tea was solid. The price of the drink was surprising (~$8). Overall, giving Ding Tea Rialto a 4/5. We drove about 40 minutes to try these tasty treats. We took a cooler bag with frozen gel packs to get it home and they put our cupcakes and pastries in plain brown boxes (like that of in and out burger) that don't account for the height of the treats, so the boxes won't close completely. I asked about it but they had no alternatives. The lady serving us also tried to overload one box. I had to ask her to separate them and they still didn't fit. The end result was that by the time we got home, 3 were smashed, the boxes already had several marks of the treats soaking all the way through. This is specifically why I asked for a proper cupcake/pastries container because otherwise part of the frosting/treat oils are lost in transit making for a bit of a dried out texture by the time you get to try them. (For us, only about 55 minutes) This place is excellent if you plan to eat right away. Sweet Tooth, please fix your packaging for those who come a long ways to see you! and you would be 5 stars all day long.

One day I came in and she was the only one there because others had called out, and she was still handling everything like a boss. She stayed calm, kept things moving, and still made sure my order was perfect. She always remembers my coffee and makes sure it's made right every time. That kind of consistency and customer service really matters. She's a great manager, and I truly appreciate my coffee mornings because of people like her.
