I enjoy the selection of drinks to choose from. Prices are a bit higher than I'd like to pay, but what's not expansive now days.

I'm not sure why this place has 3 stars.... They are really friendly and they have good customer service! I usually come here after working out and get a nice refresher. And to top it off someone here is a major future fan as I heard the new "like that" lol but none the less I like this place and close to the gym along with all the other shopping center around it. The inside is really chill and quiet, The fruits and etc if you look you can clearly see are really fresh and they practice food ppe here as I watched the employees make an açai bowl with the proper tools and not cross contaminating! Slow. I've been to a decent amount of juice it ups all over so cal and I don't remember having to wait over 15 minutes for a smoothie. Even during busy times I've been in and out with a reasonable wait time. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting over 20 minutes and still waiting. When I ordered there was only 2 people ahead waiting and wasn't busy. Other places I've been to worked efficiently with less employees. I place my order and waited than I noticed that everyone the came after me started getting their orders so I ask what was going on with my and this girl didn't even know where they placed my order ticket. Trash everywhere and a worker made eye contact with me but then went back to doing whatever he was doing. I wait for the girl to come and tell her I'm picking up an online order. She pulls it out the fridge and we leave with the smoothies. The way they blended the smoothies were HORRIBLE. We were legit chewing on chunks of bananas and the taste was bad. It tasted like Ice and protein. Idk if they have a shortage of supplies but I was pissed I spent $30 on shitty smoothies. Safe to say I'm never coming back to this one. I was the third person in line and the young lady that should have been taking the orders was not even acknowledging the people in line and that the line was growing!! When she did finally start taking orders, she had the worst attitude and was not accurate when taking orders! It took them 20 mins to make my bowl and when I did finally get it, it was wrong, so then I had to wait an additional 15mins. My coworker and I came in today. Like other reviewers have stated, there was no greeting, I wasn't even asked what I would like to order, the girl literally stared at me. She had no name tag, she was a young girl, had a "V" necklace, and long orange acrylic nails. The receipt says the name Vanessa. I have experienced the same lack of customer service at this location before. I don't like to complain, but she should be advised that she works in a customer service position and although she probably doesn't feel like being nice to people she kind of has to. I know quite a few people that would like to have a job these days. Hopefully she gets some additional training. read more

I came in just wanting an acai bowl, nothing crazy. Walked in, no hello, no greeting, not even an acknowledgement I was there. She was just staring at me like a deer in headlights. I had it made twice by two different girls (who were sweet) but something is off about the texture of their acai.
