I really appreciate the hard work your staff puts in, and I'll definitely be coming back! That said, I noticed the employees working outdoors seemed really affected by the heat, especially last week when temperatures were around 90° for several days straight. They looked quite heat-exhausted while handling the workstations. I understand the Inland Empire weather can be intense, but adding some fans, misting stations, or better shade/air circulation around their areas could make a big difference in keeping the team comfortable, safe, and energized during those hot stretches. They're very useful to dry some of the water coming out of tight spaces between doors etc and remove some small dirty areas no big deal. One thing we really like is that if it's not super crowded, you can take a little extra time detailing your car without feeling rushed or hassled.
