I followed up with the gas station in Rialto on Sierra Lakes and spoke with the shift manager 'Jennifer' to be told she advises everyone to come in and pay instead of using the pump, she also said there's a little yellow sticker on the pump that says a service fee will be added to your receipt, I expressed to her that it was not right and people need to know this, especially the amount you are holding, also it was not added to the my receipt, there is no indication of the fee on the receipt anywhere, Jennifer assured me the money will be refunded in a few days and she added that all gas stations are doing this. In closing, that is not true, I have used Chevron, Shell and many other gas stations and not one charges a service/holding fee.
