Said just fill and I will pay for it. They said will be ready at 5:30. Pulled up to drive through and they gave me a price of $5 total. Yes it was cheaper, however they would fill it before because insurance wouldn't cover it. Now insurance covered it but its 2 hours after it was supposed to be done. This is only one example of the problems that my wife and I have had. Yes it is understaffed but they can't even figure what is covered or even how to lie their way out of it. Really hope they make the old Rite Aid a CVS because I will definitely jump ship.
