It is served with what they call a house syrup, which is essentially a maple syrup wannabe. They offer the option of real maple syrup for an additional charge. I opted for the authentic item. The waffle was delicious flavorful and made even better because of the true maple syrup! The up charge was $1.75. I also had a very spicy bloody Mary, which is my favorite breakfast cocktail. It was served with a strip of crispy, maple bacon and was quite delicious. This place is not cheap, but nothing is inexpensive these days. The total meal cost $28.41 plus a 20% tip.
