Well the machine won't take the card. I tell the attendant, who tells me my card was declined. Me: I'm telling you something is wrong with the pump. It froze and nothing is happening. Attendant- no it's your card. Me: No, there is nothing wrong with the card. It worked fine before. There is something wrong with this pump. Attendant: No, it's your card. It was declined. Me: Yes, it says declined but the issue is with this pump. Not with my card. Attendant: No, it's your card. It was declined. Me: I have a baby who I took out of the car for this. I don't have time for this! After this fruitless exchange, I left. Luckily with no money lost. I went to another gas station. Well wouldn't you know- my card that was NOT the issue I'll just say that! Poor customer service here, very unhelpful. Perhaps you should take the time to listen to your customers, try and rectify a situation when they tell you something is wrong instead of arguing or speaking down to them. Even if their gas were the cheapest in a 1,000 mile radius I wouldn't return.
