False advertising! Sign on the street advertised $4.09 per gallon for 87 octane, credit card price. I pulled up to one of the pumps only to find a price of $4.25. Even after applying the 7-Rewards discount, the price was still higher than the billboard indicated. I then went inside to inquire with the clerk. He didn't seem to care and simply suggested I try the next closest 7-Eleven.. At best, this is poor customer service. At worst, it is false advertising and shady business practices. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have gotten gas, bought things and lotto here plenty of times. We used $100 and got embarrassed in front of customers in-store and outside in the parking lot. Person behind the counter sold my husband lotto tickets, then as we were pulling away, the person behind the counter came out to ask if we got lotto, so we showed him our purchases, he grabbed them back and THREW the money back at us and took our car license plate for using a "fake" $100 motioning us to stay and that he will file a police report and went inside the store,so my husband went back inside the store and asked him to test it to show him it's fake, but he had no pen for testing or machine used to test, he just said it's fake for missing a very small corner piece and then told my husband to get out of there - wouldn't you want to get someone who you are accusing of using "fake" money to stay if you were filing a police report instead of letting them leave with the "fake"? The money was withdrawn from the bank ATM today, so way to make someone feel like a crook without proof of testing the bill with a pen or a machine, but instead making a scene for others to witness and shame us because the bill was missing corner pieces (photo provided). read more

Worst 7/11 ever. I've never done a review and this is my first. I came here twice today. Once at about 5pm and once at 9:45pm. Same clerk "helped" me. He was on his phone the whole time. The 2nd time I came in at 9:45pm, did not even look up from his phone. Kept his eyes on his phone the whole time. I asked him a question about some snack item. No response and did not even look up or answered. I just stood there and looked at him for like 30sec, still nothing. Finally, I said "forget it" and left. Still, no response. This is the worst experience I've ever been in at a 7/11. I live close by and come in at least once or twice a day. Needless to say, I will never take my business here ever again. read more

Absolutely disgusting people work here. The gas pump was broken and leaked at least half of the $35 I pumped onto the side of my car and onto pavement. I asked the manager for assistance and let him know the pump was leaking, he proceeded to tell me 'things happen. Deal with it'. I had to throw a fit to make him even look at me. He was so busy trying to clean up the leaked gas on the pavement, yet claimed I was lying just to get a quick buck. 'How do I know you didn't just pour it on the ground yourself?' He said. I just want to thank you guys for being the only gas station in at least a 20 mile radius... to actually have a squeegee, water and paper towels. Found out the hard way that my rental car had no freaking wiper fluid (thanks enterprise!) so I'd been white knuckling it since leaving Pasadena. It was really bad and I could barely see. I stopped 3 times and no other gas station had anything. Went inside to pee too and the guy at the register (wearing a bad-ass Pantera t shirt) was super friendly. So thank you for keep LA safe! Attention***** Don't come to this 7-Eleven to get your ice cream fix,especially of the pint variety. The reason I say this is because on three different occasions over the span of just a couple of months I go to get me some Ben & Jerry's. We all know those damn little things aren't cheap with tax it's almost 7 Bucks, so I pay and go about my business. I get home ready to delve into the deliciousness and on three different occasions my ice cream is freezer burned to death!!! This isn't just a little freezer burn, it's like deep freezer burn to the point where the ice cream is fucking gross and nasty. I went to this location last night got my Ben & Jerry's came home and it was the same bullshit yet again so now I'm just officially not going to buy ice cream from this location anymore at all. The 7-Eleven on Garvey kinda next to Wienerschnitzel is the best 7-Eleven within in the Rosemead/Monterey Park area. They never have super freezer burned ice cream... And it's so bad that you feel like fuck I just dropped $7 on this and now I'm about to throw it away which I did last night because it was so gross. Either these clowns that work at this location have the freezer turned on too high, or the ice cream is melted and they put it in the freezer to freeze up again I don't know. 7-11 at the gas station. It's a new shop it's brightly lit and clean. The selection is quite small for a 7-11 but they will have most of your usual things you need like chips jerky energy drinks. The guys behind the counter seem friendly enough but they kept trying to push these old hotdogs at us. The sausages had lost their oil sheen. This 711 gas station is a rip off! I stopped by cause I was on empty and wanted to pump $5 to get me to the shell station where I pump. I pumped 1 gallon about $5.04 turned on my car and nothing happened with my gas gauge. Spoke to the clerk and he said "sometimes when you pump it doesn't come out but if you put the pump back and try it again it will work" I told him that he's telling me people are pumping gas thinking they are filling up and they are really not. I requested a refund and I decided to try another pump and I got the same result. That would of been $10 pumped that would show up on the gauges and the miles until empty but no it stayed at 2 which is what I had when I pulled in. I asked the clerk for a gas can and to show me that pumping $5 into a cab would produce gas but he refused. I took my chances and drove the the shell station and didn't make it. I manage to get a ride and a gas can pumped just $5 went back and put it in and my mileage and instantly my gauge went up to 25 miles until empty . I drive a 2019 rav4 so everything works properly. I got food poisoning from drinking their coffee. Nausea, vomiting, chills, and diarrhea. Prior to drinking the coffee I felt fine, then I had a couple sips and soon after had a stomach ache (which I ignored because I thought maybe it was just too strong). But the stomachache persisted, and the rest of the symptoms followed. I was sick for two days. This has never happened to me before, but I learned my lesson. I'm never buying coffee from here or any other 7-eleven again. They probably don't sanitize their machines right, or it could've been an old batch. Whatever the case, something in it had some serious bacteria that caused me to get very sick. read more

I bought gas here and because I'm anal about getting receipts, I had to go inside. I tell the idiot behind the counter I need the receipt for pump 1. He asked how much I spent. I didn't remember so I told him it should be the last transaction. He told me there are 3 transactions so again I told him it was the last one. So he said was it 3 dollars? No dude. He kept telling me the last one was $3. My car is parked at the pump. I texted the kids to get the dollar amount and told him it was $10. He prints it and tells me it's the first transaction. Fucker.
